2:30 p.m. update: Cleveland Road closed

As part of the AES wind turbine project, Cleveland Road in Armenia Township will be closed all day between Dewey Hollow and AES'  "L" Road.  AES will allow emergency vehicles to pass but it is restricting local traffic.
Dunbar Road is also closed for trenching and will be closed for several days.
