The Wysox Animal Clinic, 1836 Golden Mile Road, is participating in the area businesses open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, with tours every 15 minutes starting at 10 a.m. Check out the new laser therapy. This procedure, popular with professional sports teams to treat human sports injuries, helps reduce pain and inflammation in a variety of conditions form arthritis to infections in your pets, decreasing the need for medication.

The Area Businesses Open House event will be held Friday, Nov. 1, and Saturday, Nov. 2. Participating businesses will be open from 3 to 5 p.m. or 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to noon, noon to 2 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Several of the businesses will also be providing tours during those times. This event is sponsored by the Central Bradford County Chamber of Commerce and the First Friday Committee.
