Range declares quarterly dividend

Range Resources Corporation announced on Wednesday that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock.

A dividend of $0.04 per common share is payable on Sept. 30 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 15.

Range Resources Corporation (NYSE: RRC) is an independent natural gas company operating in the Southwestern and Appalachian regions of the United States.
