Tioga State Bank is pleased to announce that they will have a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, at its new Owego Fifth Avenue office located at 923 state Route 17C, next to the Scoville-Meno Auto Plaza.

The new 4,800 square foot Tioga State Bank facility houses their Owego retail banking office, as well as Tioga State Investment Services.

"We are very excited to provide the Owego market with this beautiful banking facility," said Robert M. Fisher, president and CEO of Tioga State Bank. "We have heard many positive comments on both the exterior and interior of the building and we have many people to be thankful for that."

Keystone & Associates provided architect and engineering services for this project. Homer C. Gow & Sons constructed the building and Robert Watts from Watts Consulting LLC coordinated the project for Tioga State Bank.

Tioga State Bank was founded in 1864 and has remained a local, family-owned business, growing to 11 full-service offices. They provide a wide array of consumer, business and investment products and services for residents throughout the Southern Tier. You can find them on the Internet at www.tiogabank.com.
