Veronica Seymour joins First Citizens Community Bank
MANSFIELD - Jeff Carr, SVP, chief retail banking officer, has announced the appointment of Veronica Seymour to the position of Bradford County Mortgage Originator.
As mortgage originator, Veronica will be responsible for helping real estate customers understand what they can afford to purchase and borrow, and determine product and payment options that fit each person's unique situation. She has the ability to pre-approve loans, which ensures realtors can quickly show customers homes in their price ranges. Veronica will fully educate customers on the steps and timeframe involved with buying their home, from application to closing.
Veronica is a 2002 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in legal studies, and minors in business management and business administration. Veronica has 16 years of experience as a real estate paralegal at Griffin, Dawsey, DePaola & Jones, P.C. in Towanda, and with Julie Gavitt Shaffer, Attorney at Law in Dushore, which brings added value to her position as mortgage originator.
"We are fortunate to have Veronica on board," stated Jeff Carr. "Her years of experience with real estate transactions will help customers throughout the mortgage and home buying process."
An active community member, Veronica serves as councilwoman for the Troy Borough Council, is a coach for Troy Area Youth Soccer, and is committee chairperson for Boy Scout Pack 30. She is a member of St. John Nepomucene, and she and her husband Gregory reside in Troy with their sons, Garrett and Levi.
