Canton man found guilty of DUI
The Bradford County District Attorney's Office said Monday that Joseph Wigglesworth, 21, Canton, was found guilty of DUI at a jury trial in Towanda in April.
According to a news release from district attorney Dan Barrett, Wigglesworth was also found guilty by Senior Judge Kenneth Brown of driving while under DUI suspension.

Canton Police Officer Joshua Heckman arrested Wigglesworth after midnight on Nov. 24. A Canton resident called police when a car remained in her driveway with the motor running.
The officer found Wigglesworth passed out at the wheel of the vehicle.
Wigglesworth refused blood testing. The driving while suspended charge was added to the case shortly before trial.
Wigglesworth faces mandatory fines and mandatory sentences of at least five months for the two offenses and maximum sentences up to 63 months. He also faces license suspensions of 18 months for the DUI, 12 months for driving while suspended and added months for the refusal.
