Today, the Children's House in Towanda will be re-dedicated back to the communities of Bradford and Sullivan counties.

The house has gone through some changes and has continued to grow to provide the best possible services for the children, families and communities of Bradford and Sullivan counties, according to the Children's Advocacy Center's website.

The public, elected officials, and others are invited to the re-dedication, which takes place at 1 p.m. today.

Those attending the event will see how the Children's House continues to provide child victims with a safe and secure child friendly environment, the website says.

As part of the re-dedication, there will be an award ceremony to honor those in the community who have tirelessly given of themselves to ensure that every child victim is not forgotten.

There will also be a silent auction taking place during this event to raise funds for the Children's House. One item that will be on auction is an autographed guitar from country singer Mark Wills.
