Ross' plea incorrectly reported

The plea entered in Bradford County Common Pleas Court by Domino-Marie Ross, 26, of Towanda, was incorrectly reported in The Sunday Review on Dec. 27.

Ross entered a plea of no lo contendere to a charge of corruption of minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

She is scheduled to appear for sentencing on Jan. 18, at which time the court will consider the commonwealth's motion for dismissal of the remaining counts of the multi-count information.

Ross was accused in August, among other matters, of soliciting two minor females in connection with an incident in which keys or other sharp objects were used to scratch 12 to 14 vehicles parked on North Main Street in Towanda, according to documents.

By pleading no lo contendere, Ross declined to contest the charge, neither admitting nor denying guilt. Such a plea carries certain benefits regarding liability in civil actions, should any arise from the criminal case.
