Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons entered a guilty plea in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pa.:

Fred Stradley, 54, Milan, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Stradley will be sentenced on Feb. 16, 2010, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Stradley faces a maximum sentence of up to five years plus fines, costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Officer Thomas VanFleet Jr., of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Stradley for the offense in August 2009 following investigation of a motor vehicle crash that occurred in Athens Township.

Martin J. Ryan, 34, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Failure to Register as a Megan's Law Offender, a felony of the third degree. Ryan will be sentenced on Feb. 16 2010, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Ryan faces a maximum sentence of up to seven years, plus fines, costs, restitution to victims and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Chief Charles Osman of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Ryan for the offense in July 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons entered guilty pleas and were sentenced in Bradford County Magisterial District Court:

Kyle L. Bradley, 21, Gillett, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathon Wilcox to Disorderly Conduct, Careless Driving, and Expired Vehicle Inspection, each a summary offense, and he was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. Trooper Joseph Mitchell of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bradley for the offenses in October 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in South Creek Township.

Amy Bryington, 33, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to disorderly conduct, a summary offense, and she was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. Chief Douglas Seeley of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Bryington for the offense in November 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Borough.

Patrick S. Salerno II, 39, Waverly, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to disorderly conduct, a summary offense, and he was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. Chief Kyle Wisel of the Troy Borough Police Department arrested Salerno for the offense in November 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Borough.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons entered guilty pleas in the Bradford County Court.

Mark A. Leonard, 45, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

Leonard will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010, following the preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Leonard faces a maximum sentence of 12 months, plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the court. Officer Jeremy Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Leonard for the offense in September 2009 following investigation of a disturbance that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Jon C. Sisson, 19, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Sisson will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010 following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Sisson faces a maximum sentence of five years, plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sisson for the offense in May 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Orwell Township.

Patrick H. Sandor, 46, Wyalusing, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to delivery of a controlled substance (oxycodone), a felony. Sandor will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Sandor faces a maximum sentence of five years, plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, loss of Pennsylvania driving privilege for at least six months, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. An agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Sandor for the offense in September 2009 following investigation of incidents that occurred in Stevens Township.

David L. Rose, 47, Waverly, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Rose will be sentenced on Feb. 1, 2010, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Rose faces a maximum sentence of five years, plus fines, costs, restitution to victims, loss of Pennsylvania driving privilege for at least 18 months, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Sergeant Daniel Reynolds of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Rose for the offense in August 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Clarissa Ann Park, 44, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to retail theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Park will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Park faces a maximum sentence of two years, plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Officer Roger Clink of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Park for the offense in July 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

William H. Seddon IV, 29, Lockwood, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to receiving stolen property, a felony of the third degree. Seddon will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Seddon will face a maximum sentence of seven years, plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Seddon for the offense in August 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Matthew Malorzo, 23, Waverly, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Malorzo will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Malorzo faces a maximum sentence of up to six months plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, loss of Pennsylvania driving privilege for at least 12 months, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Officer Timothy Cahill of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Malorzo for the offense in July 2009 following investigation of a motor vehicle crash that occurred in Athens Borough.

Jean Lane, 37, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Lane will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Lane faces a maximum sentence of up to five years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, loss of Pennsylvania driving privilege for at least 18 months, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Trooper Wayne Dunkling of Pennsylvania State Police arrested Lane for the offense in August 2009 following investigation of traffic violations that occurred in Monroe Township.

Ricky Johnson, 42, Wyalusing, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to delivery of a controlled substance (vicodin), a felony. Johnson will be sentenced on Jan. 21, 2010, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Johnson faces a maximum sentence of five years, plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. An agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Johnson for the offense in July 2009 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Terry Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pa;

Brianna Fassett, 19, Waverly, N.Y., charged with retail theft in August 2009, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation under the supervision of the Bradford County Probation Department for a term of 12 months.

While in the ARD Program, Fassett must perform community service. Officer Richard Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Fassett for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Timothy Heckman, 18, Wyalusing, Pa., charged with theft in October 2009, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation under the supervision of the Bradford County Probation Department for a term of 12 months. While in the ARD Program, Heckman must perform community service. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Heckman for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wyalusing Borough.
