Harassment reported

State police at Towanda said Paul Christiansen, 35, of Elmira, is accused of grabbing a victim in the shoulder/neck area and placing him on a couch, in order to hold him down, thus subjecting him to physical contact in December 2009 in Columbia Township.

Police said he faces charges of harassment before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy.
