OK here we go again after many years the PLCB is once again trying to justify their archaic existence in our state. Back in the 70's they sat on the NY border to bust people bringing booze across the border to the valley. Pa liquor laws are so antiquated..the state runs everything and private enterprise is not supported..practically every state in the country allows grocery stores to sell alcohol, but not pa...its crap...get a life PLCB
