Disturbance reported

At 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 10, Canton police responded to 40 South Minnequa Avenue in Canton for a disturbance. With the assistance of state police, Shawn Owen, no age or address given, was picked up and arrested and taken before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox, police said. Owen was taken to Bradford County Correctional Facility on $75,000 bail.
