At around 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 1 on Dug Road in Ridgebury Township, a 25-year-old Milan woman rolled her vehicle on its side, according to state police at Towanda. The woman is accused of failing to clean up debris in the roadway, police said, and charges will be filed at District Justice 42-3-01, police said.
PFA violation
John Scott Mclinko, 38, of Towanda, is accused of contacting a 44-year-old Wyalusing woman via text message at around 2:22 p.m. on Oct. 16 in violation of a PFA order, state police at Towanda said. Mclinko was taken into custody and charged with violation of contempt of order, police said, and arraigned by District Magisterial Judge Fred Wheaton and released.
Road signs spray-painted
Between 7 p.m. on Oct. 31 and 3 p.m. on Nov. 1, a stop sign and two yellow "curve ahead" warning signs belonging to PennDOT on state Route 2012 in Herrick Township were spray-painted, according to state police at Towanda. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Towanda.
Theft reported locally
A thief recently illegally used a 53-year-old man's Visa/debit card to purchase items on-line, police said.
The incident occurred at 10:15 p.m. Thursday, state police said.

Criminal mischief in Litchfield Township
Between 7 p.m. on Oct. 16 and 7:20 a.m. on Oct. 17 on Litchfield Road in Litchfield Township, someone damaged an electrical truck belonging to a 49-year-old Sayre man, according to state police at Towanda.
Someone also damaged a house on property belonging to the Litchfield United Methodist Church by splattering paint and ketchup on the siding of the house, as well as throwing a rock through a window, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact Towanda state police.
Burglary occurs in Franklin Twp.
A burglary recently occurred at the home of a 22-year-old Franklin Township man, who lives on Manahan Road, police said.
Sometime between 4 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Friday, a burglar or burglars entered the house by prying open the screen and then opening the window to the family room of the residence, police said.
Once inside, the burglar or burglars stole a Wii along with approximately 10 games for the Wii, police said.
