Criminal mischief in Litchfield Township

Charles "DJ" Donald Bacon Jr., 26, of Sayre, Brittany Lynn Szollosy, 18, of Sayre, a 17-year-old juvenile and a 15-year-old juvenile, both of Sayre, are accused of vandalizing a building on Litchfield Road by smashing a window with a rock and throwing ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce and paint on the siding of the building at around 2 a.m. on Oct. 17, 2009, according to state police at Towanda. The vandalism resulted in $250 worth of damage, police said.

Citations have been filed at District Court 42-3-02.
