Windows damaged
State police at Towanda said someone damaged two windows at East Troy Elementary School sometime between March 9-10 in Troy Township.
Burglary reported
A burglary occurred at the Canton Township Building sometime between 4 p.m. March 10 and 9:30 a.m. March 11 on Route 414 in Canton Township, said state police at Towanda.
Police said the crime occurred as someone pried a locked lock latch from the main door of a building with a prying type tool, leaving an approximate ¾-inch wide mark in the steel door.

Ulster man charged with Megan's Law violation
Michael Dennis Deseau, 60, whose last known address is Slater Hill Road in Ulster, has been charged with a violation of Megan's Law, police said.
Under Megan's Law, Deseau is required to verify his address annually with the authorities, and this year he failed to do so, state police said in a criminal complaint filed Monday in Towanda District Court.
Deseau was arraigned by Towanda Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark on Monday. Deseau was then sent to the Bradford County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Deseau must appear before Clark for a preliminary hearing on March 24.
Teen charged in Monroe Twp. incident
A 15-year-old male allegedly had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl without her consent in Monroe Township, police said.
The incident occurred in December at a residence in the township, state police at Towanda said.
The 15-year-old has been charged with the second-degree felony of aggravated indecent assault and the first-degree misdemeanor of indecent assault, police said.
The charges were filed on March 9 before the Bradford County Probation Department, police said.
Four cited for disorderly conduct in Wysox Twp.
The following four individuals were recently cited for disorderly conduct: Shawna Ann Wood, 29, of Towanda; Cory Robert Boom, 32, of Stevensville; Holly Nicole Bailey, 25, of Wysox; and Jarad Wade Dyson, 35, of Wysox, police said.
The citations stem from a recent incident where Boom, Bailey and Dyson persistently telephoned the state police at Towanda regarding a non-police issue involving child custody at Jackson's Trailer Court in Wysox Township, police said.
State police arrived on scene and were forced to intervene in the child custody dispute so that the situation would not escalate, state police said.
The incident occurred at 11:45 a.m. on March 10, state police at Towanda said.
Boom, Bailey, Dyson and Wood were cited for disorderly conduct for creating public inconvenience, state police said.
