Trailer stolen in Terry Twp.

A flatbed trailer and three steel wood rollers were stolen recently from a property on Bailletts Hill Road in Terry Township, police said.

The property is owned by a 60-year-old man from Gibsonton, Fla., state police said.

The theft occurred between June 20 and July 11, state police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Towanda at (570) 265-2186.

Towanda man cited after fight

John Leonard, 31, of Towanda was cited after he was involved in a fight in the parking lot of the Dandy Mini Mart in Wysox Township, police said.

Leonard was charged with the third-degree misdemeanor of disorderly conduct, the summary offense of harassment, and public drunkenness, police said.

The incident occurred at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

State police said they are trying to determine the identities of two other people who were involved in the fight and who fled the scene in a black or blue Chevrolet Avalanche, heading east on U.S. Route 6.

DUI arrest occurs in Wysox Twp.

Darwin Pitty-DeLeon, 21, of Towanda was recently charged with DUI at the Dandy Mini Mart on U.S. Route 6 in Wysox Township, police said.

The arrest occurred at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, while police were investigating an unrelated incident at the same location, according to reports.

Monroeton woman charged with theft

Melissa Vina Cordner, 21, of Monroeton is accused of stealing money from an 18-year-old Towanda male's car, police said.

The theft occurred at 5:45 p.m. on July 19 at a location on Brocktown Road in Monroe Township, state police reproted.

Cordner has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle, police said.

ATV crash occurs in Wilmot

Daniel J. Wyckoff, 34, of Hopewell, N.J., suffered a major injury in a recent ATV accident in Wilmot Township, police said.

At 11:47 p.m. Friday, Wyckoff was driving the 2009 Yamaha Wolverine north on Panther Lick Road when he lost control of his vehicle on a left curve, police said.

The vehicle struck a guardrail, police said.

Wyckoff and a passenger -- 30-year-old Julie M. Warshefski of Levittown, Pa., were both thrown from the ATV during the accident, police said.

Warshefski suffered a minor injury, police said.

Man charged with reckless endangerment

Daniel Ray Manahan, 41, of RR 2, New Albany, faces a preliminary hearing today before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw of Sayre on charges of criminal attempt, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and criminal mischief for incidents July 3 in Athens Township and July 13 in Sayre, according to court papers.

He is accused of puncturing/cutting both front brakes lines of Darlene Manahan's 2004 Chevrolet Impala, causing it to lose braking ability, the papers note.

Beer taken

State police at Mansfield said someone forced open a door at the Pine Lodge Camp between 11 a.m. July 14 and noon July 16 in Ward Township, Tioga County and stole three cases of beer valued at $75.

Damage was estimated at $250, police said. Police said the address of the Pine Lodge is 116 Brown Rd., Troy, Pa.
