Criminal mischief reported
State police at Towanda said someone broke the rear window of a vehicle owned by a Canton man sometime between 9 p.m. July 23 and 8:30 a.m. July 24 at 181 Southside Rd., Canton Township, and fled in an unknown direction. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact state police at Towanda at (570) 265-2186.
Indecent assault alleged
State police at Towanda said a 10-year-old male juvenile is accused of allegedly touching a 13-year-old female juvenile inappropriately sometime between March 12 and March 18 at SRU Middle School in Smithfield Township.
Police said an investigation is ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to contact state police at Towanda at (570) 265-2186.
Burglary reported
State police at Towanda said several cell phones, a DVD player, and trumpet mouthpieces were stolen in a burglary sometime between 1:30 p.m. July 18 and 10 a.m. July 22 at a residence on Route 14 in Canton Township.
Police said the victim is Calvary Alliance Chapel of Canton and a 74-year-old Williamsport man. According to police, someone gained access to the man's residence, stole the items, and fled in an unknown direction by an unknown means.
Police said an investigation continues and anyone with information should contact state police at Towanda at (570) 265-2186 or 800-4-PA-TIPS. A name is not required, just information, and an up to $2,000 cash reward is provided if the information provided results in an arrest, police said.
People cited for disorderly conduct
E. J. Stewart, 65, of Towanda, and Bobi Jo Ann Noto, 27, of Towanda, were cited for disorderly conduct after engaging in a loud argument and annoying and alarming neighbors at 3:05 p.m. July 22 on Center Street in Towanda Township, said state police at Towanda.
Mail taken
State police at Towanda said someone stole mail from the mailbox of a 47-year-old Towanda man and fled in an unknown direction sometime between noon July 16 and 7:30 a.m. July 19 on Madden Lane in Asylum Township.

People injured
State police at Towanda said two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident at 3:30 p.m. July 22 on Travis Hill Road in Terry Township.
Police said Carl F. Newman, 77, of Laceyville was traveling east and his Dodge Dakota went off the right side of the road and struck a tree, coming to rest against the tree. Police said Newman, who had a moderate injury, and a 7-year-old female from Laceyville, who was a passenger in his vehicle and had a minor injury, were taken to Mercy Tyler Hospital by a third party.
Police said Newman was charged.
People cited
State police at Towanda said three people are accused of engaging in a loud argument in the area of the Monroeton Hotel at 3:10 p.m. July 22 in Monroeton.
Police said the people are a 17-year-old Monroeton male; William E. Grogan, 52, of Towanda; and Sara Marie Malloy, 25, of Towanda.
According to police, Malloy later contacted state police and identified herself as an active participant and requested to also be cited. Police said the citations were filed at District Court 42-3-03.
Person injured
State police at Towanda said one person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 10:19 a.m. July 18 on State Highway 328 at its intersection with State Highway 549 in Wells Township.
Drivers involved in the accident were Rae L. Whitney, 19, of Blossburg, and Rose M. Augustine, 54, of Elmira, N.Y., police said. Police said Whitney had a minor injury.
According to police, the crash occurred as Whitney proceeded from a stop sign on state Route 549 onto state Route 328. Upon entering state Route 549, Augustine's vehicle, which was traveling south on state Route 328, struck Whitney's vehicle in the area of the driver's door. Police said both vehicles came to rest on state Route 328.
Whitney was charged, police said.
Warrant to be issued
State police at Towanda said a warrant of arrest for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is to be issued against Cody R. House, 21, who is currently in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, as a fugitive from justice.
Police said around 10 a.m. on June 15 they learned that House was wanted by Suffolk County, N.Y. for a probation violation for attempted burglary, an F3.
According to police, House was brought before Magisterial District Timothy Clark and remanded back to the jail.
Attempted burglary
Two individuals used a sledge hammer Wednesday to try to break into a storage area for explosives that is located on an access road to a gas well site in Elkland Township, police said.
However, the individuals fled the scene after they were discovered by a security officer for Geokinetics, police said.
The incident occurred at 3:36 a.m. off of state Route 4006, state police at Laporte said.
Both of the individuals were described as being of average height and weight, police said. One was wearing a red, long-sleeve shirt, dark pants and a knit cap, police said.
The other was wearing a dark shirt, dark pants and a ball cap, police said.
