Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Heather Wilcox, 41, Wellsboro, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Faculty of from 28 days to 12 months, probation for a term of two years, and fines totaling $2500.00, for Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer and two counts of the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Wilcox will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 36 months.

Katie Brown, 19, Monroeton, PA, was sentenced to probation and a fine for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Cain Ellsworth, 24, Canton, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of six months, and a fine of $300.00, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Teresa Hongach, 45, Rome, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of one year, and a fine of $100.00, for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Marc Eberlin, 26, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from four days to six months, and a fine of $500.00, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Teresa Hiller, 31, Granville Summit, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five months to 18 months, and a fine of $160.00, for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Allen B. Carnrike, Sayre, PA was sentenced to pay a fine of $150.00 for the offense of Harassment.

Gordon Bull, 44, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 90 days to 180 days, and a fine of $1500.00, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Bull will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months with an additional 18 month suspension for refusal to submit to blood testing at the time of his arrest.

Cain D. Ellsworth, 24, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on September 17, 2013.

Misty Jo Greeno, Columbia Crossroads, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking; she will be sentenced on November 18, 2013. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Greeno for the offense.

Teresa Hongach, 45, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance; she will be sentenced on September 17, 2013. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hongach for the offense.

Brian May, 48, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on November 18, 2013. Trooper Michael Mislevy of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested May for the offense.

Marc Eberlin, 26, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Trooper Snyder of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Eberlin for the offense.

Chad A. Dietrick, 40, Troy, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Indecent Assault; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dietrick for the offense.

Steven James Smith, 22, New Albany, PA, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of the offense of Indecent Assault; Smith will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Smith for the offense.

John F. Ames, Jr., 32, Indiana, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Obstruction of Justice or Other Governmental Function; he will be sentenced on October 31, 2013. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ames for the offense.

Shane Isbell, 33, Ulster, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver; he will be sentenced on September 17, 2013. An agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Isbell for the offense.

Walter Bump, III, 24, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Bump will be sentenced on October 31, 2013. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested Bump for the offense.

Blake Dieffenbach, 25, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault; he will be sentenced on November 7, 2013. A Pennsylvania State Police trooper arrested Dieffenbach for the offense.

Allen Carnrike, 40, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Harassment. Officer Rich Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Carnrike for the offense.

Derek R. Cirilo, 27, Spring, TX, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on December 19, 2013. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Cirilo for the offense.

Ethan A. Meagley, 23, Lake Ariel, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on October 31, 2013. Sergeant James Shaw of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Meagley for the offense.

Candance Marie Chilson, 32, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver; he will be sentenced on November 7, 2013. An agent of the Pennsylvania Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Chilson for the offense.

Shamaar Grant, 31, Binghamton, NY, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine); he will be sentenced on November 7, 2013. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Grant following for the offense.

Jesse Briggs, 23, Gillett, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Statutory Sexual Assault; he will be sentenced on November 7, 2013. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Briggs for the offense.

Gary Mark, 54, Sugar Run, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol and was immediately sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months. Mark was also ordered to pay a fine of $1000.00 and, because he refused to submit to a blood test at the time of his arrest, he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for a total of 30 months. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Mark for the offense.

Heather Dyke, 24, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of Controlled Substance; she will be sentenced on November 18, 2013. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Grant for the offense.

Katie Brown, 19, Monroeton, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Retail Theft; she will be sentenced on November 18, 2013. An agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Brown for the drug offense; Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested her on the retail theft count.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered pleas of Nolo Contendere (No Contest) in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania ( a plea of nolo contendere has the same legal effect as a guilty plea and is entered in cases in which a criminal defendant has no recollection of the criminal event leading to his arrest but concedes that he cannot overcome the evidence that would be presented against him/her at trial):

Walter Bump, III, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of nolo contendere to Disorderly Conduct; Bump will be sentenced on October 31, 2013. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested Bump for the offense in Towanda Township.

Teresa G. Hiller, 31, Granville Summit, PA, entered a plea of nolo contendere to Theft By Unlawful Taking; she will be sentenced on September 17, 2013. Trooper Nate Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hiller for the offense.
