Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently plead guilty and were sentenced in Bradford County Magisterial District Courts:

Magisterial District Court 42-3-01 (MDJ Jonathan Wilcox)

Joel Vanderpool, 30, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was ordered to pay a fine of $200 and court costs.

Tia M. Blake, 29, Gillett, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced a term of incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility equal to the number of days already served as of the date of her guilty plea; she was also ordered to pay court costs.

William C. Harris, 23, Troy, Pa., plead guilty to Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $1500, restitution in the amount of $973, and court costs.

Magisterial District Court 42-3-02 (MDJ Michael Shaw)

Ryan Hunsinger, 19, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Harassment, a summary offense.

Jervis Goodrich, 44, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 10 days and payment of court costs.

Melissa Goldman, 19, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Theft by Deception and Theft by Unlawful Taking, each a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay fines totaling $50, restitution in the total amount of $247.60, and court costs.

Daniel Young, 47, Binghamton, N.Y., plead guilty to Criminal Trespass, a summary offense, and was ordered to pay a fine of $300, restitution in the amount of $250, and court costs.

Alexander Roberts, 21, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Failure to Give Information at the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, Failure to Provide Immediate Notice of a Motor Vehicle Accident, and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, each a summary offense, and was ordered to pay fines totaling $125 and court costs.

Shannon Wade, 35, Lockwood, N.Y., plead guilty to Harassment, a summary offense, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and court costs.

Samuel King, 40, Waverly, N.Y., plead guilty to Criminal Attempt to Commit Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $300, perform 40 hours of Community Service, and pay court costs.

Donald Talada Jr., 32, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Harassment, a summary offense, and was ordered to perform 40 hours of Community Service and pay court costs.

Magisterial District Court 42-3-03 (MDJ Timothy Clark)

George Dunn, 28, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Bad Check, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $100, restitution in the amount of $132.70, and court costs.

Tyler McCormick, 20, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Theft from a Motor Vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $100, restitution in the amount of $100, and court costs.

Lori A. Vanderpool, 31, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Bad Check, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $100.00 and court costs.

Ashley White, 26, New Albany, Pa., pled guilty to Harassment, a summary offense, and was ordered to pay a fine of $500 and court costs.

Walter Bump III, 24, Waverly, N.Y., plead guilty to Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 30 days and payment of court costs.

Dakota Hinckley, 18, Monroeton, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 30 days and payment of court costs.

Michael Bormann, 23, Towanda, Pa., entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offenses of Reckless Driving and Driving Without a License, each a summary offense, and was ordered to pay fines totaling $225, restitution in an amount to be determined, and court costs. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Fuller for the offense in September 2012.

Ralph Forbes, 35, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $350 and court costs. Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Forbes for the offense in September 2012.

Ryan Hunsinger, 19, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Harassment, a summary violation, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 90 days with 63 days suspended, and he was also ordered to pay court costs.

Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Hunsinger for the offense in October 2012.

Steven Stack, 32, Rome, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 90 days and payment of court costs. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Stack for the offense in July 2012.

Brian Casey, 31, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Public Drunkenness, a summary violation, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 30 days and payment of court costs. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Casey for the offense in November 2012.

Billy Joe Giggee, 32, Waverly, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Possession of a Small Amount of Marihuana, a misdemeanor, and was ordered to pay a fine of $250 and court costs. Officer Thomas Van Fleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Giggee for the offense in August 2012.

Boyd Andrus, 39, Sayre, Pa., entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Careless driving and Defective Equipment, each a summary violation, and was sentenced to pay fines totaling $200 and court costs. Officer James Condusta of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Andrus for the offenses in August 2012.
