Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered pleas of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Bartholomew Wilkins, 33, Gillett, Pa., plead guilty to two counts of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree and a summary offense, respectively. At sentencing, Wilkins faces a maximum sentence of up to one year and 90 days and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Eric T. Williams, 33, Canton, Pa., plead guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, an offense punishable by a term of imprisonment of up to six months and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Williams will be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2013.

Brad Tunnicliff, 21, Lockwood, N.Y., plead guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, an offense punishable by a term of imprisonment of up to six months and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Tunnicliff will be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2013.

Raymond C. Brennan, 38, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to two counts of indecent assault, each a misdemeanor of the second degree, offenses punishable by a total term of imprisonment of up to four years and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Brennan will be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2013.

Floyd W. Douglas, 41, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, an offense punishable by a term of imprisonment of up to 10 years and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Douglas will be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2013.

Paul M. Crispell, 29, Gillett, Pa., plead guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, offenses punishable by imprisonment for a total term of up to six years and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Crispell will be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2013.

Geoffrey A. Groover, 28, Ulster, Pa., plead guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, a misdemeanor of the second degree, offenses punishable by imprisonment for a total term of up to seven years and other sanctions deemed applicable by the sentencing court. Groover will be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2013.

Justin K. Barrowcliff, 24, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, an offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of up to six months and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Barrowcliff will be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2013.

Shane S. Bennici, 28, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, an offense punishable by a term of imprisonment of up to six months and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Bennici will be sentenced on Dec. 11, 2012.

Christopher Goshorn, 33, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, and Harassment, a summary offense, violations punishable by a total term of imprisonment of up to two years plus nine months and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Goshorn will be sentenced on Jan. 3, 2013.

Dakota D. Hinckley, 18, Monroeton, Pa., plead guilty to Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree, and Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the second degree, offenses punishable by a total term of imprisonment of up to nine years and other sanctions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court. Hinckley will be sentenced on Jan. 3, 2013.

Magisterial District Court 42-3-01 (MDJ Jonathan Wilcox)

Joel Vanderpool, 30, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was ordered to pay a fine of $200 and court costs.

Tia M. Blake, 29, Gillett, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced a term of incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility equal to the number of days already served as of the date of her guilty plea; she was also ordered to pay court costs.

William C. Harris, 23, Troy, Pa., plead guilty to Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $1500, restitution in the amount of $973.00, and court costs.

Magisterial District Court 42-3-02 (MDJ Michael Shaw)

Ryan Hunsinger, 19, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Harassment, a summary offense.

Jervis Goodrich, 44, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 10 days and payment of court costs.

Melissa Goldman, 19, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Theft by Deception and Theft by Unlawful Taking, each a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay fines totaling $50.00, restitution in the total amount of $247.60, and court costs.

Daniel Young, 47, Binghamton, N.Y., plead guilty to Criminal Trespass, a summary offense, and was ordered to pay a fine of $300.00, restitution in the amount of $250, and court costs.

Alexander Roberts, 21, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Failure to Give Information at the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, Failure to Provide Immediate Notice of a Motor Vehicle Accident, and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, each a summary offense, and was ordered to pay fines totaling $125 and court costs.

Shannon Wade, 35, Lockwood, N.Y., plead guilty to Harassment, a summary offense, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $300.00 and court costs.

Samuel King, 40, Waverly, N.Y., plead guilty to Criminal Attempt to Commit Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $300, perform 40 hours of Community Service, and pay court costs.

Donald Talada, Jr., 32, Sayre, Pa., plead guilty to Harassment, a summary offense, and was ordered to perform 40 hours of Community Service and pay court costs.

Magisterial District Court 42-3-03 (MDJ Timothy Clark)

George Dunn, 28, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Bad Check, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $100, restitution in the amount of $132.70, and court costs.

Tyler McCormick, 20, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Theft from a Motor Vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $100, restitution in the amount of $100, and court costs.

Lori A. Vanderpool, 31, Towanda, Pa., plead guilty to Bad Check, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and court costs.

Ashley White, 26, New Albany, Pa., pled guilty to Harassment, a summary offense, and was ordered to pay a fine of $500 and court costs.

Walter Bump III, 24, Waverly, N.Y., plead guilty to Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 30 days and payment of court costs.

Dakota Hinckley, 18, Monroeton, Pa., plead guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 30 days and payment of court costs.
