Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently plead guilty and were sentenced in Bradford County Magisterial District Courts:

Heather Selfridge, 19, Granville Summit, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was ordered to pay a fine and court costs. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Selfridge for the offense in December 2012.

Suann N. Dyar, 21, Troy, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathon Wilcox to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a summary violation, and was ordered to pay a fine and court costs. Officer Mike Northup of the Troy Borough Police Department arrested Dyar for the offense in December

Nicole Decker, 24, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days and she was ordered to pay court costs. Trooper David Kittle of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Decker for the offense in January 2013.

Scott Keir entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Selling or Furnishing Malt Beverages to Minors, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and court costs.

Kyle A. Cook entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree, before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark, and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $500 and court costs. Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Cook for the offense.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered pleas of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, and will be sentenced following the preparation of presentence reports by the Bradford County Probation.

Torrance Miller, 20, Fort Duchesne, UT, entered a plea of guilty to Accidents Involving Personal Injury While not Properly Licensed, misdemeanor of the second degree, and Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Miller will be sentenced on March 14, 2013. At sentencing, Miller faces a maximum sentence of up to two years, six months, and loss of Pennsylvania driving privilege for at least 24 months. Trooper George Layou of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Miller for the offenses in November 2012.

Arthur Bassett, 46, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. At sentencing, Bassett faces a maximum sentence of up to 12 months. Bassett was arrested for the offense by Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police in September 2012.

Lisa May Little, 30, Athens, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Theft By Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree. At sentencing, Little faces a maximum sentence of up to five years. Chief Chris Hutchinson of the Athens Borough Police arrested Little for the offense in November 2012.

Nicholas R. Preston, 24, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, each a misdemeanor. Preston will be sentenced on March 11, 2013. At sentencing, Preston faces a maximum penalty of up to 12 months. Trooper John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Preston for the offenses in August and September 2012 following investigation of incidents that occurred in Herrick Township.

Allen K. Houseweart, 45, Canton, PA, entered pleas of guilty to Driving under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended, a misdemeanor, and Driving while Operating Privilege Suspended, a summary offense. Houseweart will be sentenced on April 1, 2013. At sentencing, Houseweart faces a maximum penalty of up to six months. Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Houseweart for the offense in October 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.

Michael J. Johns, 28, Lowman, NY, entered a plea of guilty to Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Johns will be sentenced on March 11, 2013. At sentencing, Johns faces a maximum penalty of five years. Officer Rich Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Johns for the offense in June 2012.

Dakota D. Hinckley, 19, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Solicitation to Commit Forgery, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Hinckley will be sentenced on March 11, 2013. At sentencing, Hinckley faces a maximum penalty of up to five years.

Merrell Ayers, 21, Granville Summit, PA, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of Statutory Sexual Assault, felonies of the second degree. Ayers will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Ayers faces a maximum sentence of up to 20 years. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ayers for the offense in November 2012 following investigation of a traffic violation that occurred in Ridgebury

Michael D. Samsell, 47, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Samsell will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Samsell faces a maximum sentence of up to six months. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Samsell for the offense in September 2012.

Dan Bell, 63, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Corruption of Minors, a Felony of the third degree. Bell will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Bell faces a maximum sentence of seven years. Officer Ryan Edsell of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Bell for the offense in October 2012.

Ayers will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Ayers faces a maximum sentence of up to 20 years. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ayers for the offense in November, following investigation of a traffic violation.

Amanda Richlin, 29, Wysox, PA entered a plea of guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, an offense punishable by imprisonment of up to 15 years. Richlin will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County probation Department. Richlin was arrested for the offense by an agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit in November 2011 following an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

David Chandler, 23, Lockwood, NY, entered a plea of guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), a felony, an offense punishable by imprisonment of up to 15 years. Chandler will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Chandler was arrested for the offense by an agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit in May 2012 following an incident that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Cody J. Collins, 20, Wysox, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Aggravated Assault, a felony of the first degree, an offense punishable by imprisonment of up to 20 years. Collins will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Collins was arrested for the offense by Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police in November 2012 following an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

Joseph Allen, 40, Athens, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended, a summary violation. At sentencing, Allen faces a maximum sentence of up to five years. Allen was arrested for the offense by Officer Rich Horton of the Athens Township Police Department in December 2011.

Brandon L. Alexander, 24, Granville Summit, PA, entered pleas of guilty to Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and Harassment, a summary offense. Alexander will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Alexander faces a maximum sentence of up to five years. Alexander was arrested for the offenses by Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police in August 2012 following an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

Frank Toth, 50, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Toth will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Toth faces a maximum sentence of up to 24 months. Corporal Albert Ogden of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Toth for the offense in September 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Armenia.

Michael Donnelly, 28, New Albany, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Donnelly will be sentenced on April 4, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Donnelly faces a maximum sentence of up to six months. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Donnelly for the offense in October 2012.

James D. Vanderpool, 78, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Vanderpool will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Vanderpool faces a maximum sentence of up to 5 years. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough arrested Vanderpool for the offense in September 2012.

Joshua McClure, 25, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. McClure will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, McClure faces a maximum sentence of up to six months. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested McClure for the offense in May 2012.

Tina Schrader, 45, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Schrader will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Schrader faces a maximum sentence of up to six months. Officer Trent Wright of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Schrader for the Zackery Schaub, 24, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty to Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Schaub will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Schaub faces a maximum sentence of up to 14 years. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Schaub for the offense in July and August 2012 following investigation of a theft that occurred in Wysox Township.

Tommy Turner, 49, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Terroristic Threats, a felony of the third degree. Turner will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Turner faces a maximum sentence of up to seven years. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Turner for the offense in December 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Mark Rose, 43, Athens, PA, was sentenced to Probation for a term of 16 months, He was also ordered to pay restitution of $419.07, and a fine of $500.00. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Rose for the

Michael Cieri, 20, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for six months to 23 months, and a fine of $250. The sentence was imposed following guilty plea to the offense of Statutory Sexual Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the PA State Police arrested Cieri for the offense in August after an incident in Burlington Township.

Kyle A. Rudloff, 21, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a PA State Correctional Faculty of from four years to 10 years. The sentence was imposed following guilty plea to the offense of six burglaries and two Officers and Troopers from the Sayre Borough, Athens Township and PA State Police were the arresting agencies. Rudloff arrested in October 2012.

Jean E. Lane, 40, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 16 days to 120 days Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Lane for the offense in September 2012

Samuel Sampson, 22, Canton, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from one month to 23.5 months, and restitution $1326.52. Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sampson for the offense in August 2012.

Richard Gunter, 43, Troy, PA, was sentenced to a term of Probation for 12 months, and a fine of $500.00. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the PA State Police arrested Gunter for the offense in August Deziree Bouse, 27, Monroeton, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from seven days to 364 days, followed by probation for nine months, and a fine of $500.00. Deputy Brain Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested Bouse for the offense in May and September 2012.

Scott Brower, 25, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $1,000. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Brower for the offense in August 2012.

Claudia Aumick, 25, of Rome, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 270 days to 60 months, and a fine of $2,500. Trooper James Dughi of the PA State Police arrested Aumick for the offense in August 2012.

John Brown, 25, Monroeton, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a State PA Correctional Facility of from six months to 24 months. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested Brown for the offense in August 2012.
