Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Mark Rose, 43, Athens, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of 16 months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Simple Assault. Rose was also ordered to pay restitution of $419.07. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police

Department arrested Rose for the offense in July 2012.

Michael Cieri, 20, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to 23 months, and a fine of $250, for the offense of statutory sexual assault. Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Cieri for the offense in August 2012 after an incident that occurred in Burlington Township.

Kyle A. Rudloff, 21, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Faculty of from four years to 10 years for multiple counts of the offense of Burglary. Officers and troopers from the Sayre Borough, Athens Township and Pennsylvania State Police were involved in Rudloff's arrest on October 2012.

Jean E. Lane, 40, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 16 days to 120 days for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Lane for the offense in September 2012.

Samuel Sampson, 22, Canton, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from one month to 23.5 months for the offense of Conspiracy to Commit Theft by Deception. Sampson was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1326.52. Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sampson for the offense in August 2012.

Richard Gunter, 43, Troy, PA, was sentenced to a probation for a term of 12 months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Harassment. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Gunter for the offense in August 2012.

Deziree Bouse, 27, Monroeton, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from seven days to 364 days, followed by probation for a term nine months, and a fine of $500, for two counts of the offense of Possession Drug Paraphernalia. Deputy Brain Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested Bouse for the offenses in May and September 2012.

Scott Brower, 25, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $1,000, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Brower for the offense in August 2012.

Claude Aumick., 25, Rome, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 270 days to 60 months, and a fine of $2,500, for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While License Suspended. Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Aumick for the offense in August 2012.

John Brown, 25, Monroeton, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional facility of from six months to 24 months for the offense of Escape. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested Brown for the offense in August 2012.

Robert Pierce, 41, Wysox, Pa., was resentenced, following revocation of his original sentence of probation due to violation of probation conditions, to County Intermediate Punishment for a term of 24 months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Corruption of Minors. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Pierce for the offense in January 1997.

Kyle Rossetti, 21, Troy, Pa., was resentenced, following revocation of his original sentence of probation due to violation of probation conditions, to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from one month to 18 months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Rossetti will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Rossetti for the offense in June 2011.

Mike Ike, 20, Canton, Pa., was resentenced, following revocation of his original sentence of probation due to violation of probation conditions, to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 18 months, and a fine of $250, for the offense of Criminal mischief. Ike was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2016.03. Chief Douglas Seeley of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Ike for the offense in November 2010.

Paul Rundle, 42, Troy, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 30 days to six months, and a fine of $2,500, for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Illegal Possession of a Firearm. Rundle will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months. Officer Bryan Bellows of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Rundle for the offense in June 2012.

Joel D. Vanderpool, 30, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to a fine of $500 for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Vanderpool for the offense.

Thomas Krause, 48, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Krause will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Krause faces a maximum sentence of up to 2 years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Trooper Michael Moser of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Krause for the offense in September 2012.

Joel D. Vanderpool, 30, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance (Bath Salts), a misdemeanor.

Vanderpool will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Vanderpool faces a maximum sentence of up to 1 year plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Vanderpool for the offense in June 2012.

James Yates, 37, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor.

Yates will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Yates faces a maximum sentence of up to six months plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Yates for the offense in April 2012.

Jennifer Heasley, 37, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Endangering Welfare of Children, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Heasley will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Heasley faces a maximum sentence of up to five years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Officer Michael Northrup of the Troy Borough Police Department arrested Heasley for the offense in September 2012.

Damian Molter, 29, Sunbury, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the third degree.

Molter will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Molter faces a maximum sentence of up to seven years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Molter for the offense in November 2012.

Emily Benjamin, 23, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Theft by Deception, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Benjamin will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Benjamin faces a maximum sentence of up to two years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Officer Thomas Wilson of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Molter for the offense in October 2011.

Kerista Wandell, 19, Sayre, Pa., entered pleas of guilty to Theft by Unlawful taking and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor of the first degree and a misdemeanor, respectively.

Wandell will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Wandell faces a maximum sentence of up to 66 months plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Sergeant Daniel Reynolds of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Wandell for the offenses in October 2012.

Jonathan Cummings, 23, Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Cummings will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Cummings faces a maximum sentence of up to 2 years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Officer Cody Welch of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Cummings for the offense in October 2012.

Edward Adams, 23, Gillett, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Receiving Stolen Property, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Adams will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Adams faces a maximum sentence of up to 2 years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Trooper Jeffery Creedon of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Adams in March 2012.

William Parsons, 41, Towanda, Pa., entered pleas of guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, each a misdemeanor.

Parsons will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Parsons faces a maximum sentence of up to two years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Parsons for the offenses in April and May of 2011.

Charli Northrup, 35, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Northrup will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing, Northrup faces a maximum sentence of up to five years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.

Trooper George Layou of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Northrup for the offense in July 2012.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following person recently entered a plea of Nolo Contendere in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, (a plea of Nolo Contendere has the same legal effect as a guilty plea and may be accepted by the Court in situations where the Defendant avers that he/she cannot remember committing the crime alleged , but concedes that the Commonwealth's evidence wil prove his/her guilt):

Jody Applebee, 52, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of Nolo Contendere to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, a felony.

Applebee will be sentenced on April 4, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. At sentencing Applebee faces a maximum sentence of up to 5 years plus fine(s), costs, restitution to victims, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the sentencing court.
