District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Merrell Ayers, 21, Granville Summit, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from eight months to 23 months, followed by probation for a term of three years, for two counts of Statutory Sexual Assault. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ayers for the offenses in November of 2012.

Timothy Thurston, 31, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from two months to six months, and fines totaling $1,200, for the offenses of Driving Under the

Influence of Alcohol and Driving Without a License. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Thurston for the offenses in June and September of 2012.

Dylan Olmstead, 19, Rome, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of one year for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Olmstead was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,123.04. Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Olmstead for the offense in July 2011.

Todd Anglin, 47, Arnoldsburg, WV, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from four months to 23 months, and a fine $500, for the offense of driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Anglin for the offense in August 2012.

Bryan Morgan, 27, Canton, PA, was resentenced following revocation of his original sentence of Probation to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from five months to 18 months, and a fine of $300, for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking. Morgan was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $369. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Morgan for the offense in August 2011.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered pleas of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Dylan Olmstead, 19, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Receiving Stolen Property. Olmstead will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Olmstead for the offense in April 2012.

Albert Spencer, 23, New Albany, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Accidents Involving Personal Injury While Not Properly Licensed and two summary traffic violations. Spencer will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper George Layou of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Spencer for the offense in August 2012.

Donald Daniels, 60, Gillett, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Corruption of Minors, a felony of the third degree. Daniels will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Daniels for the offense in 2012.

Angel Dean, 38, Ulster, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Dean will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Narcotics and Vice Unit arrested Dean for the offense in August 2011.

Charles D. Bacon, 29, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Bacon will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford

County Probation Department. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough police Department arrested Bacon for the offense in December 2012.

Richard Straub, 24, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Robbery, a felony of the first degree. Straub will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant Daniel Reynolds of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Straub for the offense in October 2012.

Sarah Thomas, 25, Ulster, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Thomas will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Corporal Albert Ogden of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Thomas for the offense in August 2012.

Lloyd Bailey, 27, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Bailey will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bailey for the offense in October 2012.

Francis Northrup, 56, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Northrup will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Northrup for the offense in August 2012.

Danielle E. Abbott, 27, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Theft By Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Abbott will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Thad Warnick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Abbott for the offense in November 2012.

Dylan Robbins, 20, Laceyville, PA, entered pleas of guilty to Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, a felony of the third degree, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Robbins will be sentenced on March 28, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Troopers Jeffrey Sredenschek and Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Robbins for the offenses in January and April 2012

Michael S. Zampier, 40, Sayre, PA entered pleas of guilty to Obstructing the Administration of Law or Other Governmental Function, a misdemeanor of the second degree, Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Zampier will be sentenced on April 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officers Bruce Hoffman and Nate Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Zampier for the offenses in October of 2012.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Cody Cunningham, 22, Lockwood, NY, charged with Disorderly Conduct by Officer Roger Clink of the Athens Township Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation Cunningham will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Cunningham must perform 40 hours of community service.

Lindsay Drake, 23, Sayre, PA, charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Officer Cody Welch of the Sayre Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 9 months. While on probation, Drake will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Drake must perform community service with the DUI

Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel; he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.
