Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas and were sentenced in Bradford County Magisterial District Courts:

Garrett T. Maurouard, 20, Olean, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to 30 days incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility with credit for time served as of the date of sentencing. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Maurouard for the offense in November 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Rome Borough.

Charles May, 44, New Albany, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Receiving Stolen Property and was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and court costs. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested May for the offense on September 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township.

Holly Milliron, 23, Mehoopany, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of seven days and she was ordered to pay court costs. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Milliron for the offense in April 2013.

Nicholas Campbell, 28, Waverly, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Retail Theft and was sentenced to pay court costs. Officer David Thomas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Campbell for the offense in February 2013.

Eric Green, 35, Athens, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Harassment and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of five days; he was also ordered to pay court costs. Officer Timothy Cahill of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Green for the offense in April 2013.

Kitt Murphy, 23, Asheville, NC, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of four days; he was also ordered to pay court costs. Officer Cody Welch of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Murphy for the offense in April 2013.

Quincy Evans, 23, Grantville, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of seven days; he was also ordered to pay court costs. Officer Roger Clink of the Athens Township Police

Department arrested Evans for the offense in April 2013.

Nichole Dewitt, 24, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Leaving an Unattended Child in a Motor Vehicle and was ordered to pay a fine of $50.00 and court costs. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Dewitt for the offense in February 2013.

Erick Barnes, 41, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Furnishing Alcohol to Minors and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility and ordered to pay a fine of $1000.00 and court costs; he was also ordered to perform 30 hours of community service. Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Barnes for the offense in February 2013.

Travis Fedock, Chemung NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for one day; he was also ordered to pay a fine of $250 and court costs. Officer Jeremy Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Fedock for the offense in December 2012.

Christopher D. Stoudt, 27, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was ordered to pay a fine and court costs. Officer Josh Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Stoudt for the offense in April 2013.

Zachary Coolbaugh, 21, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to one day and court costs. Trooper Timothy Young of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Coolbaugh for the offense in February 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

Rebecca Knickerbocker, 40, Barton, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Public Drunkenness and Obstruction of a Highway and was sentenced to 14 days and court costs. Officer Timothy Cahill of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Knickerbocker for the offenses in March 2013.

Roger Coello, 26, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 14 days imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional facility; he was also ordered to pay court costs. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sherriff's Department arrested Coello for the offense in February 2013 following an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Joshua Chapman, 20, Waverly, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Underage Drinking and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for six days; he was also ordered to pay a fine of $300 and court costs. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Chapman for the offenses in February 2013.

Rodney Russell, 49, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 15 days. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Russell for the offense in March 2013.
