Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas and were sentenced in Bradford County Magisterial District Courts:

Travis Chesla, 21, Wysox, PA, entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness, and was ordered to pay a fine $600 and court costs. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Chesla for the offenses in April 2013.

Christopher Thompson, 41, Lockwood, NY, entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Harassment, a summary violation, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $600 and court costs. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Thompson for the offenses in May 2012.

John Everett, 27, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Harassment, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $250 and court costs. Sergeant Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Everett for the offense in April 2013.

Ryan E. Bush, 26, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offenses of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and Public Drunkenness, a summary violation, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term equal to the amount of time he had already served at time of sentencing; Bush was also ordered to pay courts costs. Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bush for the offense in March 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Darryl D. Hankins, 27, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a summary violation, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term equal to the amount of time he had already served at time of sentencing; Hankins was also ordered to pay a fine of $50.50 and court costs. Officer John Hennessy of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Hankins for the offense in April 2013.

Ethan Stiles, 18, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a summary violation, and was ordered to pay a fine and court costs. Officer Joshua Heckman of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Stiles for the offense in February 2013.

Melissa M. Frank, 23, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness, and Criminal Mischief, each a summary offense, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days; she was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3000 and court costs. Officer John Hennessy of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Frank for the offenses in April 2013.

Brittany Brady, 24, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness each a summary violation, and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford Correctional Facility for 30 days; she was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3000, and court costs. Officer John Hennessy of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Brady for the offenses in April 2013.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Marino Panaro, 59, Endwell, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to 23 ½ months, and a fine of $100, for Retail Theft and Flight to Avoid Apprehension, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Christina Pomaquiza, 27, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from nine months to 23½ months for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Pomaquiza was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1150, and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Jason Ragan, 22, Monroeton, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of 18 months, and a fine of $100, for Theft By Unlawful Taking; he was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $75.

Timothy Belcher, 28, Stevensville, PA, was resentenced, following revocation of his original sentence of probation, to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 23½ months, and a fine of $500, for Access Device Fraud.

Richard Long, 31, Indiana, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $1,000, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Howard Edger, 57, Elmira, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from two years to five years for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Edger was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $170 and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months.

Brandon Luckman, 24, Towanda, PA was sentenced to probation for a term of one year, and a fine of $300, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Michael Donnelly, 28, New Albany, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from four days to six months, and a fine of $1000, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Donnelly was also ordered to pay restitution of $333.90 and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Robert Fanster Jr, 50, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Fanster will be sentenced on May 13, 2012, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper John Kern of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Fanster for the offense in October 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township.

Levi Foux, 31, Sugar Run, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Foux will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joshua Fisher if the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Foux for the offense in November 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wilmont Township.

James M. Vanderpool, 34, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault. Vanderpool will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Vanderpool for the offense in October 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

Michael Muhollen Jr., 38, Burlington, NJ, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Homicide by Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and associated summary traffic violations. Muhollen will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Muhollen for the offenses in October 2012 following investigation of a fatal motor vehicle crash accident that occurred in Troy Township.

Adam Keily, 28, Ulster, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Keily will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotic Unit arrested Keily for the offense in January 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.

Richard Long, 31, Indiana, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Long will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Chief Randy Epler of the Towanda Police Department arrested Long for the offense in September 2010.

Marino Panaro, 59, Endwell, NY, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Flight to Avoid Apprehension. Panaro will be sentenced on April 4, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Thad Warnick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Panaro for the offense in August 2010 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Kenneth Mulrey, 28, Exeter, NH, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and a related summary traffic violation. Mulrey will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Joshua Heckman of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Mulrey for the offense in January 2013.

Mitch Johnson, 20, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Simple Assault and False Imprisonment. Johnson will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Moser of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johnson for the offense in January 2013 following investigation of an assault that occurred in Monroe Township

Keith Kissell, 27, Wysox, PA, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of Criminal Trespass, and single counts of Criminal Mischief and Open Lewdness. Kissell will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kissell for the offense in July 2011 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Rome Township.

William Harris, 23, Troy, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Receiving Stolen Property. Harris will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Harris for the offense in November 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following person was recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Kyle Sparling, 19, Ulster, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in November 2012 by Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Sparling will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department; which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Sparling must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Michael Reid, 26, Kingsdale, OK, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in December 2012 by Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Reid will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department; which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Reid must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Dylan Ward, 18, Sayre, PA, charged with the offenses of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Underage Drinking in December 2012 by Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department, was accepted into ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation Ward will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Ward must perform community service.

Stephanie Lin Brown, 21, Shunk, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in January 2013 by Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Brown will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Brown must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.

Barrett announced that the following person recently entered a plea of Nolo Contendere in the Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, PA (a plea of Nolo Contendere has the same legal effect as a guilty plea and may be accepted by a court in cases in which a Defendant has no recollection of his alleged criminal conduct, but concedes that he will not be able to overcome the evidence introduced against him at a criminal trial):

Clifford McReynolds, 43, Waverly, NY, entered pleas of Nolo Contendere to the offenses of Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Mischief. McReynolds will be sentenced on May 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested McReynolds for the offenses in January 2013.
