District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Richard Villanueeva, 21, Honduras, S.A., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to 30 days, and a fine of $1000, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Samantha Partridge, 23, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to probation for a term of 18 months for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Partridge was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $500.

Leonard Watson, 35, Scranton, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of from five days to six months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months

Derek Baldwin, 34, Troy, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from eight months to four years for two counts of the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count each of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Disorderly Conduct.

Kenneth Dalton, 49, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for a term of five years with five months incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility and the remainder of the term on probation, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Dalton was also ordered to pay a fine of $1500 and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 18 months.

Keith Johnston, 35, Ulster, Pa., was sentenced to probation for a term of one year, and a fine of $100, for Possession of a Controlled Substance; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months.

Lucas Kinsman, 26, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for a term of six months with five days imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, and probation for the remainder of the term, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Kinsman was also ordered to pay a fine of $1000 and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Michael Porter, 29, Troy, Pa., was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five months to 18 months, and fines totaling $1000, for the offenses of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Porter will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 18 months.

Roger Bergey, 32, Falmouth, Mich., was sentenced to probation for a term of one year, and a fine of $150, for the offense of Obstruction of Administration of Law or Other Governmental Function.

Steven Brown, 19, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to probation for a total term of three years, and fines totaling $650, for the offenses of Burglary and Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Bradford County District Attorney, Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Andrew Floyd, 22, Towanda, Pa., entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief. Floyd will be sentenced by video conference following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Floyd for the offense in November 2012.

Michael Mason, 19, Ulster, Pa., entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Receiving Stolen Property, Theft By Unlawful Taking, and Criminal Mischief. Mason will be sentenced on June 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Troopers Miranda Musick and John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Mason for the offenses in June and July 2012 following investigation of incidents that occurred in Wysox and Towanda Townships.

Emery Johnson, 26, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Harassment. Johnson will be sentenced on June 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johnson for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Keighley Park, 27, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Park will be sentenced on June 3, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Corporal Douglas Smith of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Park for the offense in September 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroeton Borough.

Rick Raupers, 47, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Driving Privilege Suspended. Raupers will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Raupers for the offense in December 2012.

Heather Raezer, 25, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Theft By Unlawful Taking. Raezer will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek from the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raezer for the offense in July 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.

Charles H. Weaver, 40, Waverly, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Weaver will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Weaver for the offense in December 2012.

Christopher Shulas, 35, Ulster, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance (Bath Salts), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Shulas will be sentenced on the aforementioned counts, and several counts relating to 2012 cases, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Shulas for the most recent offense in January 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Jason M. Wildman, 29, Throop, Pa., charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in September 2012 by Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Wildman will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Wildman must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Kenneth Ball, 31, Athens, Pa., charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in November 2012 by Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Ball will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Ball must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.

Jodi M. Yates, 40, was resentenced, following revocation of his original sentence of probation, to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from two months to 12 months for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Yates for the offense in June 2010.

Joshua Lerche, 35, Waverly, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to three years, and a fine of $1,500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Lerche will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 18 months. Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Lerche for the offense in September 2012.

Liam Aissa, 25, Wellsboro, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 23 months to be followed by probation for a total term of two years for two counts of Criminal Trespass and a single count each of Theft By Unlawful Taking and Criminal Mischief. Aissa was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3010. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Aissa for the offenses in August 2012.

Clayton M. Smith, 21, Colmesneil, TX, was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for 12 months with 138 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, and probation for the remainder of the sentence, for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Smith was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $10,984.00. Trooper Michael Trebendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Smith for the offense in June 2012.

Shawn A. Butler, 31, Tioga, PA, was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for a term of 18 months with 100 days imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, and the remainder of the sentence to be served on probation, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Butler was also ordered to pay a fine of $1500.00 and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months. Officer Joshua Heckman of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Butler for the offense in December 2012.

Eric D. Manuel, 35, New Albany, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from seven days to six months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Manuel will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Manuel for the offense in November 2012. Philip Apker, 36, Barton, NY, was sentenced to probation for a term of 12 months for the offense of Acquiring a Controlled Substance by Fraud. Sergeant Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Apker for the offense in December 2012.

Shelli Brian, 39, Wysox, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three days to six months, and a fine of $1000, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Brian for the offense in September 2012.

Mathew D. Murchake, 21, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Forgery and Access Device Fraud. Murchake will be sentenced on June 17, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Joshua Heckman of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Murchake for the offense in January 2013.

Terrance R. Maguire, 40, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Maguire will be sentenced on June 17, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joshua Thompson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Maguire for the offense in November 2012 following an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.

Camille Faso, 65, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft of Mislaid Property; following entry of her guilty plea, Faso was sentenced to probation for a term of one year and a fine of $300. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Faso for the offense in December 2012.

Todd M. Pierce, 35, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Home Improvement Fraud. Pierce will be sentenced on June 17, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Timothy Cahill of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Pierce for the offense in October 2013.

James C. Gleason, 19, Laceyville, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Corruption of Minors. Gleason will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Gleason for the offense in December 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Terry Township.

Sean Seifert, 27, Winnemucca, NV, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Carrying a Loaded Firearm. Seifert will be sentenced on June 13, 2013, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Richard Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Seifert for the offense in February 2013.

Lisa Perry, 43, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Perry will be sentenced on June 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Alex Wilson, 23, New Lenox, IL, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Wilson will be sentenced on July 11, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wilson for the offenses in August 2012, and January 2013, following investigation of incidents that occurred in Standing Stone Township and Towanda Borough.

Shane Lattimer, 40, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft of Lost Property. Lattimer will be sentenced on June 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Stephen Bixby, 30, Lenoxville, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. Bixby will be sentenced on June 13, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Rice was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $100 and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months. Arthur Barrett, 46, Columbia Cross Roads, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from four months to 12 months, and a fine of $100, for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Barrett for the offense in September 2012.

Amanda Richlin, 30, Dushore, PA, was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for a term of 24 months for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled substance. She was also ordered to pay a fine of $200.00 and to make restitution in the amount of $190, and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Richlin for the offense in October 2012.

Gary Bennett Jr., 43, of Sayre, PA, was resentenced, following the revocation of his original sentence of probation, to imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from 15 months to three years for the offense of Criminal Trespass. Bennett was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $850. Officer Timothy Cahill of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Bennett for the offense in September 2012.

Carole Wereski, 51, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of five years, and a fine of $750, for the offense of Corruption of Minors. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police arrested Wereski for the offense in August 2012.

Kris Howland, 35, Gillette, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 149 days to 12 months for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Sergeant Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Howland for the offense in June 2012.

Lisa Perry, 43, Sayre, PA, charged with the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking by Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police in December 2012, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Perry will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Perry must perform 40 hours of community service as a condition of ARD placement.

Arnold Freeland, 53, Spencer, WV, charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police in December 2012, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Freeland will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Freeland must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Additionally, Wright must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.
