Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas.

Michael Brown, 43, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment of from two months to 12 months for the offenses of Criminal Trespass and Public Drunkenness. Brown, whose federal parole status was violated on the basis of the offenses, was returned to federal prison following sentencing to resume serving his original federal sentence and the new Bradford County sentence; the Bradford County sentence was ordered to run concurrently with the federal sentence.

Bolivar Campusano, 32, Bronx, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from 10 months to 24 months for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Joshua R. Custer, 24, Texas, was sentenced to probation for a term of 24 months for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Amanda Talalda, 35, Sheshequin Twp, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 12 months for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Joseph D. Voorhees, 21, Columbia Crossroads, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of 12 months for the offense of Simple Assault. He was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,206.

Kenneth Mulrey, 25, Exeter, NH, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $1,000, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mulrey will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Clifford McReynolds, 43, Waverly, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 21 days to 18 months followed by probation for a term of one year, and a fine of $100, for the offenses of Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Mischief.

William Harris, 23, Troy, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 160 days to one year for the offense of Receiving Stolen Property.

John J. Brown, 26, Monroeton, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from 12 months to 24 months for the offense of Possession of Contraband by an Inmate.

Charles K. Davis, 44, Washington County, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of 18 months, and a fine of $200.00, for the offense of Obstructing the Administration of Law or Other Governmental Function.

Michael Briegel, 19, Dushore, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of 18 months, and a fine of $150, for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Michael Molhollen Jr., 38, Burlington, NJ, was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from 15 months to 42 months, and fines totaling $1,600, for the offenses of Homicide by Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and four traffic violations. Molhollen was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $5,500 and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 18 months.

Adam Keeley, 28, Milan, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to 23 months, and a fine of $300, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Shane Kelley, 41, Meshoppen, PA, was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for 18 months with imprisonment for 100 days followed by probation for the remainder of the term, and a fine of $1,500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Kelley will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 18 months.

Levi Foux, 31, Sugar Run, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of six months, and a fine of $100, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Albert Spencer, 23, New Albany, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of two years, and a fine of $50, for the offenses of Accident Involving Death or Personal Injury While Not Properly Licensed and related traffic violations. Spencer was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $4,328 and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

James M. Vanderpool, 34, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to 23 months, and a fine of $200, for the offense of Simple Assault.

James Harris, Jr., 31, Saint Martins Ferry, OH, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Harris will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Kenneth Dalton, 49, Wysox, PA, was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for 18 months with imprisonment for six months followed by probation for the remainder of the term, for the offense of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility. Dalton was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $150.

Joshua Ellenberger, 28, Canton, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of 18 months, and a fine of $150, for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking. Ellenberger was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $200.

Travis Fedock, 21, Wellsburg, NY, was sentenced to probation for a term of 18 months, and a fine of $150, for the offense of Simple Assault.

Jason Vanderpool, 22, Towanda, PA, was resentenced, following revocation of his original sentence of probation for violation of probation conditions, to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of from one month to 15 months, and a fine of $250, for the offense of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently found guilty following criminal trials in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Carolyn Harrsch, 50, was found guilty, on appeal, of six parking violations that occurred in Wyalusing Borough, and was ordered to pay fines totaling $300. Harrsch was cited for the offenses in August and September of 2012 by Officer Scott Perry of the Laceyville-Wyalusing Police Department. She was subsequently found guilty as charged by Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton and a criminal trial in the Bradford Court of Common Pleas was scheduled following her appeal from those convictions. The criminal trial was held before Senior Judge John Leete from Potter County, Pennsylvania, who pronounced sentence upon Harrsch.

Sheldon Robbins, 24, Columbia Cross Roads, PA, was, after criminal bench trial, found guilty of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Robbins will be sentenced in June 2013 following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Robbins for the offense in October 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Springfield Township.

Bradford County District Attorney announced that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Matthew E. Sandors, 35, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Sandors will be sentenced on June 27, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sandors for the offense in August 2011 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wyalusing Township.

Karen G. Novotny, 49, Athens, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin). Novotny will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Novotny for the offense in August 2012.

Sheila Simpson, 57, Sayre, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. Simpson will be sentenced following preparation of a presentencing report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant Daniel Reynolds of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Simpson for the offense in November 2012.

Michael Brown, 42, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Public Drunkenness and Criminal Mischief. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Brown for the offenses in December 2012.

Timothy Adams, 34, Sayre, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Unlawful Contact with Minor and Obstruction of Administration of Law or Other Governmental Function. Adams will be sentenced following preparation of a presentencing report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Adams for the offenses in September and October 2012 following investigation of incidents that occurred in Troy Borough.

Olivia Stroud, 35, Wysox, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Stroud will be sentenced on June 20, 2012, following preparation of a presentencing report by the Bradford County Probation Department. An agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Stroud for the offense in September 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Standing Stone Township.

Michelle Mossmayer, 33, Athens, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mossmayer will be sentenced on July 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentencing report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Mossmayer for the offense in October 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Litchfield Township.

James M. Shay, 27, St. Marys, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft. Shay will be sentenced following preparation of a presentencing report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Shay for the offense in November 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

Darrin Steele, 40, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of Nolo Contendere (no contest) to the offenses of Resisting Arrest, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness. Steele will be sentenced on June 20, 2013, following preparation of a presentencing report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Moser of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Steele for the offenses in July 2012.

John J. Brown, 26, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Contraband by an Inmate. Brown will be sentenced on May 14, 2013, following preparation of a presentencing report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Thad Warnick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Brown for the offense.

David Northrup, 49, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Mischief. Officer Ryan Edsell of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Northrup for the offense in October 2012.

Michael Briegel, 19, Dushore, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking. Trooper Richard Evans of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Briegel for the offense in January.

Charles K. Davis, 44, Washington, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Obstruction of the Administration of Justice or Other Governmental Function. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Davis for the offense in December 2012.

Michael Polinchock, 41, Rome, PA, charged with the offense of Making a False Statement to Law Enforcement Authorities by Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on Probation, Polinchock will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Brandon Scarberry, 24, Ripley, WV, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on Probation, Scarberry will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Scarberry must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Tonya Merritt, 24, Wyalusing, PA, charged with Possession of Marijuana by Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department in February 2013, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on Probation, Merritt will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Merritt must perform 40 hours of community service as a condition of ARD placement.

Jon-Luc Packard, 27, Towanda, PA, charged with Resisting Arrest and Simple Assault by Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department and Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police in January and February 2013, respectively, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on Probation, Packard will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Merritt must perform 40 hours of community service as a condition of ARD placement.

Tonya Mize, 26, Athens, PA, charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Officer Thomas Van Fleet of the Athens Township Police Department in February 2013, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on Probation, Mize will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, Mize must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.

Melissa Carr, 33, Wysox, PA, charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police in December 2012, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Carr will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Carr must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.

Dean Brockoff, 48, Lockwood, NY, charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department in February 2013, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Brockoff will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Brockoff must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Deborah Phillips, 42, Laceyville, PA, charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Phillips will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Phillips must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Jon Perry, 23, Waverly, NY, charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Officer Jeremy Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Perry will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Perry must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.
