Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Rance Soule, 55, Florida, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Aggravated Indecent Assault, a felony of the second degree. Soule will be sentenced in October, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department and an evaluation by the Sexual Offender Assessment Board. The victim was a minor. The felony carries a maximum sentence of 10 years. Soule will be under a lifetime requirements to register as a Sex Offender. Trooper Miranda Musick for the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Soule following investigation of an incident that occurred in South Creek Township.

The case against Soule was called for jury trial on July 22, 2013.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Andrew D. Floyd, Jr., 22, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Faculty for a term of eight months to 24 months, and fines totaling $1300, for the offenses of Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass. The sentence will be served consecutively to sentences imposed by the court for earlier convictions making a total sentence of 19 months to 59 months. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Floyd for the offenses in November 2012.

Garrett Morgan, 22, Milan, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months, and a fine of $1000, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months. Corporal Norman Strauss of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Morgan for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

Shawn A. MacDougall, 36, Troy, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 100 days to 18 months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested MacDougall for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Michelle L. Mossmayer, 33, Athens, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $300, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months. Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Mossmayer for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Litchfield Township.

Robert Buckley Jr, 30, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 10 days to 12 months, and a fine of $400, for the offense of Simple Assault. Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Buckley for the offense.

Julia McGinnis, 31, Lowman, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 30 days to 18 months, and a fine of $400, for two counts of the offense of Retail Theft. Officers John Fedorchak and Daniel Thomas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested McGinnis, respectively, for the offenses in July 2012 and March 2012.

Aaron Bennett, 28, Dushore, PA was resentenced, following revocation of his original sentence of probation for violation of probation conditions, to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of from two months to 23 months, 29 days, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Theft by Deception. Trooper Thad Warnick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bennett for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

Laura Dinelli, 20, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol; her sentencing date has been set for Aug. 1, 2013. Troopers Joshua Fisher and Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dinelli for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

Lucas Kinsman, 26, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft; his sentencing date has been set for July 15, 2013. Officer Denny Slater of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Kinsman for the offense.

George Lynn Dunn, 39, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of the offense of Bad Check; her sentencing date has been set for Aug. 1, 2013. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dunn for the offenses following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

James Nero, 31, Athens, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Simple Assault, Harassment, and criminal mischief; his sentencing date has been set for Aug. 1, 2013. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Nero for the offenses following investigation of an incident that occurred in Litchfield Township.

Edward J. Sands, 42, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Sands will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer John Hennessy of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Sands for the offense.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in the Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Heather A. Wise, 36, Horseheads, NY, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol by Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Wise will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Wise must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Mary Kay Kelley, 55, Sayre, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Kelley will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Kelley must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.

Chad L. Sheppard, 20, Columbia Cross Roads, PA, charged with the offense of Theft by Deception by Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Sheppard will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Sheppard must perform community service and pay restitution in the amount of $746.00 as conditions of ARD placement.

April M. Vanderpool-Thetga, 31, Towanda, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Vanderpool-Thetga will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Vanderpool-Thetga must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.

Dunn, 38, Monroeton, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Dunn will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Dunn must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Harry Blockley, 46, Wysox, PA, entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offenses of Possession of Marihuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was sentenced to pay fines and court costs. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Blockley for the offenses in June 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township.

Alex Lee Castle, 20, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to pay court costs. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Castle for the offense in June 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.

Glen Woleslagle, 37, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Driving while Operating Privilege Suspended and was sentenced to pay a fine of $200.00 and court costs. Corporal Walter Koehler of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Woleslagle for the offense in June 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Burlington Township.

Jared Jayne, 18, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking and was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. Trooper David Kittle of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jayne for the offense in March 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.

Zachary Sheldon, 28, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Harassment and was sentenced to pay a fine of $100.00 and court costs. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sheldon for the offense in May 2013 following investigation of an assault that occurred in Stevens Township.

Dallas M. Maslinski, 22, Barton, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Maslinski for the offense in June 2013.

Summer Benjamin, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to a fine of $200.00 and court costs. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Benjamin for the offense in June 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township.

Heather Wilcox, 41, Wellsboro, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. Trooper Michael Mislevy of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wilcox for the offense in June 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroeton Borough.

Sarah Ann Raymond, 28, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Receiving Stolen Property and was sentenced to pay a fine, restitution in the amount of $1900.00, and court costs. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raymond for the offense in December 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Windham Township.

Cindy Raymond, 54, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Receiving Stolen Property and was sentenced to pay a fine, restitution in the amount of $1900.00, and court costs. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raymond for the offense in December 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Windham Township.

Heather Lines, 32, Waverly, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. An Agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Lines for the offense in September 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township.

Robert Bump, 18, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking and was sentenced to pay a fine, restitution in the amount of $140.00, and court costs. Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bump for the offense in June 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township.

Ethan Culver, 24, Athens, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Retail Theft and was sentenced to pay a fine of $150.00 and court costs. Officer Dan Thomas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Culver for the offense in April 2013.

Jason Nogar, 31, Athens, PA, entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Public Drunkenness and Possession of a Small Amount of Marihuana and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 30 days and court costs. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Nogar for the offenses in July 2013.

Mark Schutz, 44, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to pay a fine of $150.00 and court costs. Corporal Walter Koehler of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Schutz for the offense in February 2013 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroeton Township.

Barry Keene, 35, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Harassment and was sentenced imprisonment n the Bradford County Correctional facility for a term of 90 days with 88 of those days suspended. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Keene for the offense in June 2013.

Quentin Simonds, 34, Waverly, NY, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 30 days (suspended) and court costs. Officer Jeremy Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Simonds for the offense in March 2013.

David E. Northrup, 49, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness; Northrup was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term equal to the number of days served at time of sentencing. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Northrup for the offense in June 2013.

Michael Hall, Waverly, NY, entered pleas of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offenses of Criminal Trespass and Public Drunkenness and was sentenced to pay a fine and court costs. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Hall for the offenses in June 2013.
