Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following person(s) recently entered a plea of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Kaleb Whyte, 24, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under Suspension, DUI related, a summary offense.

Whyte was also sentenced to 60 days and a fine of $500.00, and will receive a license suspension of one year.

Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Whyte following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

Anthony Brannon, 48, Cambridge, Ohio, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, and False ID to Law Enforcement, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

Brannon will be sentenced on Sept. 29, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.

Trooper Joseph Mitchell of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Brannon following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Peter Ingrassia, 41, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor.

Ingrassia will be sentenced on Oct. 2, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.

Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police arrested Ingrassia for the offense on April 19, 2014.

Michael Comstock, 23, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

Comstock will be sentenced on Oct. 2, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.

Chief Daniel Reynolds of the Sayre Borough Police arrested Comstock for the offense on April 22, 2014.

Scott Cotter, 30, Milan, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Cotter will be sentenced on Oct. 2, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.

Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police arrested Cotter for the offense on May 4, 2014.

Lester Walters, 35, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Walters will be sentenced on Sept. 15, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.

Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police arrested Walters for the offense on June 1, 2014.

Ronald Yorgey, 43, Wysox, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Yorgey will be sentenced on Sept. 29, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.

Trooper Robert Edgerton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Yorgey following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on March 9, 2014.

Reminton Wheeler, 23, Conway, Ark., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Wheeler was sentenced recently.

Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Wheeler for the offense in April.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Bolivar Campusano, 32, of SCI Huntington, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of 12 months to 30 months, fines and costs of $1000.00 reimbursement of buy money of $180.00. He will also lose his driver's license for six months for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony.

Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Campusano following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

Richard Laye, 55, of Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to a fine of $7500.00, $7379.50 restitution, and State Intermediate Punishment for 24 months. State Intermediate Punishment is a substance abuse program consisting of at least seven months in prison, and 17 months in substance abuse facilities. If the defendant does not complete the program successfully, he is resentenced. He will also lose his driver's license for 54 months for the offense of three counts of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

The court also sentenced him to 24 months of probation after the S.I.P. is completed.

Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Laye for the offense on Jan. 6, 2014 and Dec. 28, 2014.

Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Laye following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on Jan. 7, 2014.

Reminton T. Wheeler, 23, of Arkansas, was sentenced to Probation for a term of six months and a fine, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol.

Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Wheeler for the offense in April.

Jon Sisson, 24, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months, fines, costs, restitution of $1500.00, probation for a term of 12 months, County Intermediate Punishment for 24 months, he will also lose his driver's license for 24 months, an additional license suspension of 12 months will be imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested for the offenses of two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Robbi White, 49, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility of from two months to 12 months, fines of $700.00, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested White following investigation of an incident that occurred in Franklin Township.

Theodore Hayes, 69, Owego, N.Y., was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from two months to 17 months, 29 days, and a fine of $500.00, for the offense of Recklessly Endangering another Person.

Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hayes following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.

Paul Nuhfer Jr., 27, Texas, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 15 days to 42 days and a fine of $1000.00, for the offense of Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Nuhfer for the offense on Jan. 26, 2013.

Brandon Roberts, 29, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of three months to 23 months, 29 days and fines, costs, restitution of $750.00 + $42.38, for the offense of Receiving Stolen Property, a misdemeanor of third degree and Theft by Deception, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

Officers Nathan Ross and Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Roberts for the offense on June 30, 2010 and Aug. 23, 2013.

Kenneth Beers II, 36, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to six months, and fines and costs of $1000.00; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor.

Timothy Ortiz, 26, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to a fine of $600.00, Probation for a term of 24 months for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Officer John Werner of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Ortiz for the offense on Feb. 14, 2014.

Joshua Wood, 29, of Wyalusing, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 39 months to 90 months and fines and costs of $1750.00 and restitution of $800.00 for the offense of Burglary, a felony of the first degree and Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wood following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wyalusing and Herrick Township.

Jennifer Perry, 29, Gillett, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 18 days to 12 months, and fines and costs of $150.00, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Officer Michael Northrup of the Troy Borough Police Department arrested Perry for the offense on Aug. 13, 2012.

Aaron Salsman, 37, Meshoppen, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 45 days to 23 months, 29 days, and fines and costs of $700.00, restitution of $2011.00; for the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Chief Dale Bowen of the Northeast Police Department arrested Salsman for the offense on Nov. 8, 2013.

Timothy Beavers, 28, Waverly, N.Y., was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 10 days to 20 days, and fines of $100.00, for the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Amber Smith, 30, Gillett, Pa., charged with the offense of Simple Assault, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 24 months. While on probation, Smith will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Smith must perform 40 hours of community service and pay restitution of $9055.89 + $260.00.

Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Smith for the offense on Nov. 15, 2013 in Ridgebury Township.

Gregory Brown, 28, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Brown will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Brown must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade, and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Sergeant Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department filed the charges on Oct. 24, 2013 for the offense in Sayre Borough.

Everett Collins, 34, Troy, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Collins will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Collins must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade, and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Collins for the offense in Towanda Township on Jan. 17, 2014.

Wendy Lynn Barrows, 32, Athens, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Barrows will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Barrows must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.

Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Police Department filed the charges on April 13, 2014 for the offense in Sayre Borough.

Tammy Bashore, 49, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Access Device Fraud, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Bashore will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Bashore must perform 40 hours community service and restitution of $968.52.

Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Athens Borough Police Department filed the charges on June 29, 2012 for the offense in Athens Borough.

David Tracy, 62, Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., charged with the offense of Theft, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Tracy will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Tracy must perform 40 hours community service and restitution of $30.00.

Trooper Christopher Stecik of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Tracy for the offense on Nov. 8, 2013 in Smithfield Township.

Kristen Terry, 26, Canton, Pa., charged with the offense of Retail Theft, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Terry will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Terry must perform 40 hours community service and restitution of $37.02.

Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department filed the charges on Nov. 2, 2013 for the offense in Canton Borough.
