District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

David Griffith, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility of from four months plus 60 days to 23 and one-half months, and a fine of $3,000, for the offenses of Insurance Fraud and Driving while License Suspended (DUI Related).

Aimee Taylor, 27, Owego, NY, was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from one month to six months followed by probation for six months, and fines totaling $500, for the offenses of Theft By Unlawful Taking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Taylor will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months.

Samuel Shoemake, 19, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months followed by probation for 12 months, and a fine of $1,000, for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Theft By Unlawful Taking. Shoemake will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months.

Jeremy Firestine, 42, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 45 days to 90 days for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Kyle R. Lane, 28, Wysox, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to 12 months followed by probation for a term of two years, and fines totaling $800, for the offenses of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Lane will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Todd Parsons, 51, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from 17 months to five years, and fines totaling $3,500, for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended (DUI related).

Jason Wheeler, 33, Barton, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 90 days to six months, and a fine of $1500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Wheeler will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 18 months with an additional license suspension of 12 months for his refusal to provide a blood sample at the time of his arrest.

John C. Boone, 19, Wysox, PA, was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of seven days to 18 months followed by probation for a term of 12 months, and a fine of $400, for the offense of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

Joel Vanderpool, 30, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 19 days to one year, and a fine of $150, for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Vanderpool will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months.

Brandon Davis, 25, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $1,000, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Davis will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Bradley Sampson, 19, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Faculty of from 24 hours to 12 months, and fines totaling $300, for the offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Underage Drinking He will also lose his driver's license for three months, for the offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Underage Drinking.

Ryan C. Knecht, 26, of Wysox, PA was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 90 days to 23 and one-half months, with 120 days on house arrest under electronic monitoring, and a fine of $1,500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Knecht will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.

Keighley Park, 27, Cortland, NY, was sentenced to probation for a term of one year for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Park was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $55 and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months.

Nicole Northup, 25, Granville, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term on 12 months, for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered pleas of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Holden Taylor, 19, Sayre, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Manufacture of a Controlled Substance and Corruption of Minors; he will be sentenced on November 14, 2013. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Taylor for the offense.

Melissa Ackley, 25, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was immediately sentenced to probation for a term of one year. An Agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Ackley for the offense.

Letitia Frye-Irish, 41, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; she will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer John Hennessey of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Frye-Irish for the offense.

Shawn Palmer, 21, Waverly, NY, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass, and Receiving Stolen Property; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officers John Fedorchak of the Athens Borough Police Department and Thomas Wilson of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Palmer for the offenses.

Lloyd Bailey, 28, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Joshua Lake of the Townada Borough Police Department arrested Bailey for the offense.

Duane Walter, 27, Houtzdale, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking; he will be sentenced on December 18, 2013. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Walter for the offense.

Carole D. Hobday, 53, Athens, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft; she will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Mislevy of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hobday for the offense.

Douglas Williams, 40, formerly of Columbia Township, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Aggravated Indecent Assault and Indecent Assault on a Child; Williams will be sentenced in January 2014 following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department and an evaluation by the Pennsylvania Sexual Offender Assessment Board. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvanian State Police arrested Williams for the offenses.

Derek C. Matson, 26, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer; he will be sentenced on November 14, 2013. Trooper Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Matson for the offenses.

Gary V. Brown, 44, Ulster, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Bath Salts) and Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Bath Salts); he will be sentenced on December 2, 2013. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Brown for the offenses.

Thomas Manning, 32, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Corruption of Minors; he will be sentenced on December 16, 2013. Sergeant Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Manning for the offense.

David Crane, 22, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Corruption of Minors; he will be sentenced on December 18, 2013. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvanian State Police arrested for the offense.

Mark Leonard, 57, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Harassment and was immediately sentenced to 30 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility. Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Leonard for the offense.

Douglas Todd Jones, 34, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Corruption of Minors; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvanian State Police arrested Jones for the offense.

Dakota Hinkley, 19, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. An agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Hinkley for the offense.

Jack Tyler Maloney-Williams, 22, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, False Report to Law Enforcement, and two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance; he will be sentenced on December 16, 2013. Officer Josh Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department and an agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit, respectively, arrested Williams-Maloney for the offenses

Shawn Watkins, 41, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. An agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Watkins for the offense.

Tyler Finogle, 19, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Indecent Assault; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department and an evaluation by the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Finogle for the offense.

William Vosburgh, 34, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on December 2, 2013. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Vosburgh for the offense.

William Smith, 40, West Monroe, LA, entered pleas of guilty to the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender; he will be sentenced on December 2, 2013. Trooper John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Smith for the offenses.

Michael Slocum, 21, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Corruption of Minors; he will be sentenced on November 18, 2013. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvanian State Police arrested Slocum for the offense.

Shane L. Collins, 28, Covington, PA, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of the offense of Burglary; he will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Joseph Jaster, 29, Grafton, ND, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Involuntary Manslaughter; he will be sentenced on December 19, 2013. Trooper Joshua Thompson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jaster for the offense.

Edward Doty, 56, Columbia Crossroads, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on December 19, 2013. Chief Jarvis Burlingame of the Troy Borough Police Department arrested Smith for the offense.

Graham Christianson, 27, Troy, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on December 2, 2013. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Christianson for the offense.

Burton Chilson, 54, Wysox, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; he will be sentenced on December 19, 2013. Trooper Michael Moser of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Chilson for the offense.

Gary Gerow, 25, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Robbery; he will be sentenced on December 2, 2013. Officer Joshua Heckman of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Gerow for the offense.

Elsie Brutzman, 52, Laceyville, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance; she will be sentenced on December 19, 2013. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Brutzman for the offense.

Scott Lane, 35, Sayre, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Lane will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Lane must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD palacement.

William Juda, 60, Sayre, PA, charged with the offense of Assault in May 2013 by Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation, Juda will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Garrett W. Starks, 35, Canton, PA, charged with the offense of Hit and Run Accident with Property Damage in April and May 2013 by Trooper John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Starks will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Starks must perform 40 hours community as a condition of ARD placement.

Wendell Mount, 54, Towanda, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in May 2012 by Officer Josh Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Mount will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Mount must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Duane Queen, 18, Troy, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in May 2013 by Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Queen will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Queen must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 90 days.

Matthew McGee, 34, Gillett, PA, charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in May 2013 by Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, McGee will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, McGee must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Janae Jennings, 32, Sayre, PA, charged with the offense of Endangering Children in January 2013 by a Pennsylvania State Police investigator, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation, McGee will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.
