The Bradford County District Attorney, Daniel J. Barrett, reports that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pa.:

Ryan Allis, 18, Towanda, Pa., was readmitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program with 12 months of supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, drug and alcohol evaluation and testing, and community service, for the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Allis for the offense. Allis's original placement in the ARD program had been revoked due to violation of program conditions.

Travis M. Ruvolo, 22, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to probation for a total term of two years, and a fine of $250.00, for the offenses of Simple Assault and Resisting Arrest. Officer Jason Serfas of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Ruvolo for the offense.

Jamey Roach, 31, Sardis, Tenn., was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 30 days to six months, and a fine of $750.00, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Roach will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months. Officer Bryan Bellows of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Roach for the offense.

Jonathan M. Applebee, 25, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $1000.00, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Applebee for the offense.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following people recently pled guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pa.:

Christopher Harmatuk, 32 Binghamton, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft; he will be sentenced on Oct. 17, 2013. Sergeant Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Harmatuk for the offense.

Adam Polowy, 29, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Receiving Stolen Property; he will be sentenced on October 17, 2013. Trooper John Youngblood of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Polowy for the offense.

Dustin Poulton, 23 Rome, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to two counts of the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Bath Salts); he will be sentenced on October 17, 2013. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Poulton for the offenses.

Travis L. Ott, 36, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking; he will be sentenced on October 17, 2013. Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ott for the offense.

Matthew R. Malorzo, 26, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Heroin); he will be sentenced on October 17, 2013. Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Malorzo for the offense.

Joseph T. Brown, 54, Wysox, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Brown will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Brown for the offense.

Julie L. Falsey, 35, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to two counts of the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance; she will be sentenced on October 17, 2013. Troopers and drug-enforcement agents of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Falsey for the offenses.

Todd B. Stroud, 24, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance; he will be sentenced on October 17, 2013. An Agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Stroud for the offense.

Jeremy S. Worthington, 41, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance; he will be sentenced on October 17, 2013. An Agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Worthington for the offense.

Lindsey L. Polzella, 27, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft; she will be sentenced on September 19, 2013. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Polzella for the offense.

Barabara C. Kennedy, 44, Canton, Pa., charged with the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking in May 2013 by Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Kennedy will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Kennedy must perform 10 hours of community service as a condition of ARD placement.

Zachary D. Poust, 18, Rome, Pa., charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper Wayne Dunkling of the Pennsylvania State Police in February 2013, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Poust will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Poust must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 90 days.

Victoria L. Trindle, 31, Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police in October 2012, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Trindle will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Trindle must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Christopher S. Ribovich , 22, Canton, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in April 2013 by Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Ribovich will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Ribovich must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.
