Woman faces drug paraphernalia charges
Paris Shanon Fulton-May, 24, of Canton, faces a preliminary hearing at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 26 before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy on charges of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia for an incident that occurred at her residence at 5 p.m. Aug. 10, according to court papers.
The papers note that a search was conducted at her residence, and she is accused of possessing hypodermic needles, metal spoons, and plastic baggies for the purpose of injecting illegal controlled substances into the body.
Wilcox said she was sent a summons.
