One vehicle accident in New Albany
According to Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda, Trevor Owen, 22, of New Albany, was driving a 2006 Ford F-360 south on Wyalusing-New Albany Road in Terry Township at 2 a.m. on Oct. 13 when it left the road and struck an embankment and a road sign before striking a tree.
Man charged with burgalry
Matthew Patrick Gay, 21, has been charged by Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda with burglary after he allegedly entered a property along French Creek Road in Albany Township on Sept. 27 and removed several items from the residence and a storage shed, as well as removing a dirt bike belonging to the property owner.
Woman arrested for drug possession
Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda have charged Deziree Lynn Bouse, 27, of Rome with one count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident on Dec. 25, 2011 in Rome Borough. House was arrested on a warrant for those charged on Sept. 27 and arraigned before District Justice Fred Wheaton and remanded to the Bradford County jail on $20,000 bail.
Man charged in robbery
Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda have charged Dylan Joseph Robbins, 20, of Laceyville, of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility after he allegedly assaulted a 19 year-old male in Wyalusing Borough at 7:11 p.m. on Jan. 11 and stole prescription medication from him. Robbins was arraigned on Oct. 11 before District Justice Fred Wheaton and released on $2,500 unsecured bail.
Indecent assault investigation
Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda are investigating an incident in which an adult male allegedly inappropriately touched a three-year-old female between Sept. 14 and Sept. 16 in Wilmot Township.
