Towanda woman pleads guilty to drug charge
Nicole Mae Decker of Towanda pleaded guilty on Jan. 30 to possession of a controlled substance, according to Towanda District Court records.
State police said they were investigating the 24-year-old Decker as a suspect in a Jan. 15 trespassing incident in Franklin Township and found that she was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
At the time, Decker was in possession of a white powdered substance that a field test indicated was bath salts, police said.
Wysox man charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle
Justin L. Brown of Wysox is accused of taking a 28-year-old woman's vehicle from the residence they lived at without her consent, police said.
Brown took the vehicle from the residence, which is located off River Road in Standing Stone Township, at approximately 10:03 p.m. on Jan. 25, police said.
As a result of this incident, the 29-year-old Brown has been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, according to the state police at Towanda.
