Alexander Wade Vann, 19, of Rome has been charged with Burglary after breaking into a house on March 4 in Rome.
Vann entered the house while a resident was in the bathroom, but was later spotted and recognized after the resident heard noises inside the house.
According to police, Vann later admitted that he went to the residence in order to steal Vicodin.
Vann was held at the Bradford County Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail prior to his preliminary hearing on March 12 before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton.
Christina Scott Paris, 21, of Wyalusing has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia relating to a Dec. 5 incident in Wysox.
According to police, bath salts and hypodermic needles, a digital scale, and small zip-lock baggies were found in a wrecked vehicle at Shelby's Trucking in Wysox.
Paris was a passenger of the vehicle when it crashed.

No injuries in one car crash
Gary N. Hosley, 65, of Rome was not injured during a one car accident on March 3 on Pleasant Street in Rome Township.
According to police, the crash occurred when Hosley was traveling east on Pleasant Street and lost control on a downhill section of road which was lightly covered with snow.
The vehicle then left the roadway and struck a large tree.
Hosley was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.
The 2004 Honda Odyssey sustained disabling damage to the front of the vehicle during the incident.
Hosley was charged with a traffic citation for failing to stay in his lane.
Water truck accident
Devin M. Catherman, 21, of Wellsboro escaped injury Tuesday when his 2012 Peterbilt water truck lost steering and traveled off the roadway, striking numerous trees.
The accident occurred at approximately 3:21 p.m. on state Route 1049 in Windham Township.
According to police, Catherman was traveling west when his vehicle experienced an unknown malfunction which caused it to lose steering capabilities.
The vehicle left the roadway, moving along the northern berm and into a small ditch. The truck then struck numerous trees and shrubbery located in the berm which caused damage to the right front fender area.
Catherman was using his seat belt at the time of the accident and he was not charged with any violations.
