Theft of services occurs in Wysox Twp.
State police at Towanda reported a case of theft of services at the Welles Mill gas station on U.S. Route 6 in Wysox Township, police said.
At 6:54 a.m. on April 8, someone driving a gray Ford truck deposited garbage into the business' Dumpster without permission of the owner, police said.
Sugar Run man arrested for criminal trespass
Jared Wilson, 26, of Sugar Run is accused of entering onto the property of Connie and Mark Wilson in Mildred after being told he was not allowed to do so, police said.
The incident occurred at 1:01 a.m. on April 22, state police at Laporte said.
As a result of this incident, Jared Wilson has been arrested with criminal trespass, police said.
The suspect was arraigned before on-duty Magisterial District Judge Carl Smith, police said. He was then sent to the Wyoming County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said.
State police said they are continuing to investigate the incident.
Scattering rubbish occurs in Fox Twp.
State police at Laporte said they are trying to determine who deposited five vehicle tires on Zane Bagley's property on Maple Summit Road in Fox Township.
This case of scattering rubbish occurred sometime between April 11 and April 18, police said.
