Woman sexually assaulted

Daniel Dale Walker, 33, of Wysox has been charged with aggravated indecent assault and harassment relating to a March 13 incident in Standing Stone Township.

According to police, Walker sexually assaulted a woman while inside of his house as the woman attempted to fight off his advances.

Currently Walker is released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Two charged for dealing drugs

Nicole Mae Decker, 24, of Towanda and Shane Christopher Isbell, 34, of Ulster have both been charged with criminal conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance relating to a Sept. 28 incident in the Wysox Kmart parking lot.

According to police, both individuals sold a bag of bath salts for $100 to a confidential informant.

Man found with bath salts

Scott Alan Yates, 47, of Wysox has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia relating to a March 15 incident in Rome Township.

According to police, Yates was found with a glass vile in his pocket which contained a white powder residue that Yates stated was bath salts to police. The vile was found as the Bradford County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant on Yates.

Yates has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on May 7 for a preliminary hearing.

The following people have recently been charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:

Ronald Boyd Aeppli, Jr., 37, of Wyalusing, by state police, on Feb. 3, on Mercur Hill Road and Brown Road in Herrick Township. Aeppli has also been charged with not staying in his lane and careless driving. A blood alcohol test later revealed that Aeppli's blood alcohol content was .201 percent on the day of his arrest. Aeppli has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on May 7 for a preliminary hearing.

John Wesley Ross, 66, of Ulster, by state police, on June 16, on State Route 706 in Stevens Township. Ross has also been charged with failing to stay in his lane. A blood test revealed that at the time of his arrest, Ross had a combination of Pseudoephedrine, Norpsuedoephedrine, and Hydrocodone in his system which rendered him incapable of safe driving, police said. Ross has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on May 28 for a preliminary hearing.

Keeley C. Richardson, 28, of Wysox, by state police, on Feb. 23, on State Route 6 in Wysox Township. Richardson has also been charged with failing to stay in a single lane, following a vehicle too closely, and failing to use a turn signal. A blood alcohol test later revealed that Richardson's blood alcohol content was .168 percent at the time of her arrest. Richardson has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton for a preliminary hearing.

Richard Anthony Villanueeva, 21, of Lawton, by state police, on March 22, on State Route 1011 in Pike Township. Villanueeva has also been charged with careless driving. A blood test was taken on the night of his arrest, but the results have not yet been received, according to a police affadavit.

Luis Eduardo Nugra-Tacuri, 23, of Montrose, by state police, on March 17, on State Route 6 in Wysox Township. Nugra-Tacuri has also been charged with driving without a license, failing to stay in his lane, careless driving, and operating a vehicle without a seat belt. A blood alcohol test later revealed that Nugra-Tacuri's blood alcohol content was .247 percent on the night of his arrest. Nugra-Tacuri has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton for a preliminary hearing.
