Man throws knife at father

Michael J. Labor, 23, of Towanda has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia resulting from a May 15 incident at 329 Pine St. in Towanda.

According to police, Labor threw a sharpened metal filet knife at his father during a domestic dispute. When police arrived at the location, Labor dropped the knife he had when ordered and began to snort prescription medication through a straw before being arrested.

Labor was arraigned before Magisterial Judge Timothy Clark and incarcerated on $25,000 bail.
