Domestic dispute in South Creek Twp.
Brian Lee Peters Jr., 37, of Gillett has been charged with harassment relating to a Sept. 2 incident on Thompson Hill Road in South Creek Township.
According to police, Peters struck a 41-year-old female in the back several times causing minor injuries. Police said Peters was intoxicated at the time of the incident and fled the scene in a vehicle owned by the female victim.
Police never located the accused.
Charges were filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox.
Troy Twp. burglary
Police are reporting that an unknown person broke into the residence of a 49-year-old male located on Porter Road in Troy Township on Sept 17 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m..
Police said approximately $160 in assorted rolled coins were stolen from the house.

The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:
Eric Lee Hughes, 25, of Sayre, by state police, on Sept. 21, at the intersection of Mud Creek Road and State Route 14 in Troy Township.
Police said Hughes showed signs of impairment after he was pulled over for crossing the double yellow lines and driving at unsafe speeds.
Charges have been filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox.
