Granville man faces sex charges
Thomas William Casselbury, 42, of Granville has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and corruption of minors, police said.
The charges stem from an incident in which Casselbury had sexual contact with a 6-year-old girl while a 5-year-old girl was watching, police said. The incident occurred on Jan. 1, 2011, court records show.
Casselbury was arrested Thursday and then arraigned in Troy District Court, police said. Casselbury was then sent to the Bradford County jail in lieu of $85,000 bail, court records show.
Casselbury's preliminary hearing on the charges, which was originally set for July 25 in Troy District Court, has been postponed to Aug. 1.
Two charged with auto theft in Towanda Twp.
Xavier Lyon, 20, of Troy and Michael Mason, 18, of Ulster are accused of stealing a 65-year-old woman's 1993 Toyota Camry in Towanda Township, police said.
The theft occurred sometime between 10:30 p.m. on July 7 and 3 a.m. on July 8 at the woman's residence on South Main Street, police said.
Lyon and Mason were both charged with felony theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief, police said. Lyon was also charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, state police said.
Lyon was sent to the Bradford County jail in lieu of bail.
A warrant for Mason's arrest was requested, police said.

Criminal trespass reported in Standing Stone
A 48-year-old Standing Stone Township man has found signs that the door of his residence was tempered with, police said.
State police at Towanda said they are investigating the incident, which occurred sometime between June 23 and July 7 along Garrett Road.
