DUI Charges

The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:

Robert John Thetga, 29, of Warren Center, by state police, on July 19, on Cotton Hollow Road in Windham Township.

Thetga has also been charged with failing to drive in a single lane and not having a license plate light.

On the night of his arrest, Thetga had a blood alcohol content of .119 percent, police said.

Thetga has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Nov. 5 for a preliminary hearing.

Hilary Anne Brewster, 50, of Binghamton, NY, by state police, on June 22, on State Route 706 in Stevens Township.

Brewster has also been charged with failing to drive in a single lane, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.

Brewster was involved in a head on accident with a water truck which left her injured in the intensive care unit at Robert Packer Hospital, police said.

On the night of her arrest, Brewster had a blood alcohol content of .210 percent, police said.

Brewster has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Nov. 5 for a preliminary hearing.

Ebed Shama Delozier, 28, of Falls, by state police, on Aug. 16, on State Route 2010 at the intersection of Woods Road in Terry Township.

Delozier has also been charged with failing to drive in a single lane, having a break light out, carrying a loaded rifle and shotgun in a vehicle and careless driving.

Police said Delozier had a loaded Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun and loaded .22 caliber Savage rifle in his vehicle when he was pulled over.

On the night of his arrest, Delozier had a blood alcohol content of .196 percent, police said.

Delozier has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Nov. 5 for a preliminary hearing.

Desiree Elizabeth Thoubburon, 40, of Phoenix, AZ, by state police, on Sept. 12, on State Route 6 in Wysox Township.

Thoubburon has also been charged with driving without a license and careless driving.

On the night of her arrest, Thoubburon refused to submit to a blood alcohol test, police said.

Thoubburon has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Nov. 12 for a preliminary hearing.

Vehicle strikes horse

Dylan Michael Cranmer, 24, of Warren Center has been charged with accidents involving injury or death, reckless driving and failing to stop at the scene of an accident relating to a Aug. 17 incident on James Road in Warren township.

According to police, Cranmer was traveling at a high rate of speed when he struck a horse and rider with the passenger side mirror of his car.

The mirror struck the ankle of the victim and the right rear of the horse, police said.

The extent of injuries to the victim or his horse were not disclosed in a police affidavit.

Cranmer has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Nov. 5 for a preliminary hearing.
