The articles of agreement for a kindergarten through 12th grade jointure for the Towanda Valley area were signed last night by representatives of the 10 school boards involved at a meeting held yesterday.
The Enterprise Store, one of Wyalusing's oldest business places, has been purchased by Mr. and Mrs. William Zaner of Wyalusing, it was recently announced.
Courtney Smyth, son of Atty. and Mrs. Wayne Smyth of Troy, told the members of the Towanda Rotary Club at their weekly meeting yesterday of his experiences as a Rotary exchange student in Holland recently.

Harry C. Keeler, 17-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Keeler of Stevensville, made a wood carving model of the British liner "Queen Mary" that was so perfect, he was awarded a gold medal in a contest in which thousands competed.
David, Mary Ellen and Leonard Schultz, children of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schultz of East Towanda, have been awarded certificates for perfect attendance at the St. Agnes school during the past term.
The Toytown baseball team will have a card party in two days in the Toytown hose house. The baseball team is seeking funds to pay for equipment and improvement of the grounds.
