An open letter to Santa Claus: "Dear Santa Claus: Towanda is planning to have a great time again this Christmas and would like to have you come and help us start the celebrations. It always makes everyone so happy, especially the kiddies, when you come to town. If you will come, we will meet you with a band like we have in other years and we will have a small parade up Main Street and the town will be all decorated too. Please let me know when you are coming and we will make our plans to fit yours. And Santa, just one more suggestion. The kiddies always get a big thrill out of it when you bring along some gift boxes of candy for them. Please do it again this year, if you can. Hoping to hear from you soon. We are TOWANDA C. OF C. COMMITTEE.
