An Ulster man was recently arrested in Tioga County, N.Y. on allegations he exposed himself to an underage girl.

According to court documents, the Tioga County Sheriff's Office responded Friday to a complaint of a subject exposing himself to a 14-year-old girl while she was enroute to the school bus stop on River Road in the Village of Nichols. During the investigation deputies identified Ruben L. Bailey as the suspect in the case.

He was arraigned in the Town of Nichols Court before Justice Quick and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on a bail recommendation from the Tioga County District Attorney's Office of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
