Many people remained incarcerated at the Bradford County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail on Thursday, awaiting their hearings on various drug-related charges.

Pennsylvania State Police reported Tuesday that 42 individuals were arrested on 61 warrants in a drug sweep that included Bradford County, as well as adjacent Northern Tier sections of Pennsylvania and New York State. State police were assisted in the sweep by various local and federal law enforcement agencies.

According to documents filed at the various magisterial district courts in Bradford County, the following individuals were arrested and charged in the drug sweep:

- Rebecca Joy Rees, 37, of 107 Cherry St., Towanda, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Rees is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in January in Ulster Township.

- Rebecca Joy Rees, 37, of 107 Cherry St., Towanda, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Rees is accused of selling heroin to a police informant in January in Towanda. Rees was ordered incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

- Rebecca Joy Rees, 37, of 107 Cherry St., Towanda, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Rees is accused of selling heroin to a police informant in January in Sayre. Rees has been incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

- Dustin Hunter Poulton, 22, of 4001 Sugar Cabin Rd., Rome, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled counterfeit substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Poulton is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in January and February.

- Dustin Hunter Poulton, 22, of 4001 Sugar Cabin Rd., Rome, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/ possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance. Poulton is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in November in Sheshequin Township. Poulton was ordered incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Philip Wayne Wood, 53, of Merrill Parkway, Towanda, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled counterfeit substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance. Wood is accused of selling methamphetamine to a police informant in January in Towanda. Wood was incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Donald L. Hadlock, 81, of 900 N. Elmer Ave., Sayre, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance. Hadlock is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in September 2012 in Towanda Borough and Towanda Township.

Todd Brent Stroud, 24, of 519 Second St., Towanda, has been charged with the manufacturing, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance. Stroud has accused of selling Soma, a prescription drug, to a police informant without authorization to do so in November in Towanda. Stroud has been incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Billie L. Deloach, 39, of 47 Parkhurst Lane, Rome, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver a controlled or counterfeit substance; endangering the welfare of a child; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance.

Billie L. Deloach, 38, of 47 Parkhurst Lane, Rome, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver a controlled or counterfeit substance; endangering the welfare of a child; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance. Deloach is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in October 2012 in Franklin Township. During the transaction, according to reports, two young children were observed in the vehicle that Deloach was riding in. Deloach has been incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Billie L. Deloach, 38, of 47 Parkhurst Lane, Rome, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled or counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Deloach is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in November 2012 in Sheshequin Township.

Jeremy Shane Worthington, 41, of 3580 Covered Bridge Road, Towanda, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled counterfeit substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled or counterfeit substance; and possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance. Worthington is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in January in Ulster.

John Robert Worthington, 28, last known address RR 1, Box 67, Springville, Pa., has been charged with criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled or counterfeit substance. Worthington is accused of selling Lortab, a prescription drug, to a police informant in October 2012, when he was not authorized to do so. Worthington has been incarcerated in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Ellen Marie Johnson, 47, of 102 Higgins Ave., Sayre, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance; possession with intent to deliver a controlled or counterfeit substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance. Johnson is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in September 2012 in Towanda Borough and Towanda Township. Johnson has been incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Travis Lee Kitchen, 40, of 26 Haines Lane, Rome, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Kitchen is accused of selling the prescription drug Percocet to a police informant in May 2012 in Rome when he had no authorization to do so. Kitchen has been incarcerated in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Travis Lee Kitchen, 40, of 26 Haines Lane, Rome, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Kitche is accused of selling the prescription drug Percocet to a police informant in October 2012 in Wysox Township when he was not authorized to do so. Kitchen has been incarcerated in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Shawn Christopher Watkins, 41, of 627 Railroad St., Towanda, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Watkins has been accused of selling methamphetamine to a police informant in January 2012 in Towanda. Watkins was ordered incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Michael Charles Porter, 29, of 50 Joy St., Troy, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Porter is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in July 2012 in North Towanda Township. Porter was arraigned and ordered released on non-monetary bail.

Julie L. Falsey, 35, of RR 1, Box 2134, Monroeton, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Falsey is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in November 2012 in Franklin Township. Falsey has been incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Debra Decker, 53, of 14 N. Main St., Towanda, has been charged with manufacturing, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Decker is accused of selling Clonazepam, a prescription drug, to a police informant when she did not have authorization to do so, in November 2102 in Towanda. Decker was ordered incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Mark Vincent Wurzler, 23, no address given, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance; and delivery of and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Wurzler is accused of selling Suboxone strips to a police informant in North Towanda Township in October 2012. Wurzler has been incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Joseph Phillip Leighton, 28, of RR 2, Box 55, Wysox, has been charged with manufacturing, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance. Leighton is accused of selling Cloanzepam pills, a prescription drug, to a police informant in Franklin Township in November 2012 when he was not authorized to do so. Leighton was incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Gary Vernon Brown, 44, of 800 Shotgun Hollow Rd., Ulster, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled or counterfeit substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Brown has been accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in December 2012 in Athens Township. Brown was incarcerated in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Michael Charles Porter, 29, of 50 John St., Troy, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Porter is accused of selling heroin to a police informant in July 2012 in Athens Township. Porter was arraigned and released on non-monetary bail.

Michael Charles Porter, 29, of 2981 Porter Road, Troy, has been charged with criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; manufacturing, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance. Porter is accused of selling cocaine to a police informant in July 2012 in Athens Township. Porter was arraigned and released on non-monetary bail.

Leslie May Gallagher, 41, of 304 N. Elmer Ave., Sayre, has been charged with manufacturing, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance. Gallagher is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in December 2012 in Athens Township and Sayre Borough. Gallagher was ordered incarcerated in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Jason Kyle Allen, 22, of 2488 Lake Rd., Townada, criminal conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; manufacturing, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and criminal use of communication facility. Allen is accused of selling Perocet, a prescription drug, to a police informant in November 2012 in Athens Township, when he was not authorized to do so. Allen was arraigned and released on non-monetary bail.

Penny Lyn Sullivan, 45, of 9 Hart's Trailer Park, Rome, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance. Sullivan is accused of selling Perocet, a prescription drug, to a police informant in November 2012 in Rome Borough when she was not authorized to do so. Sullivan was incarcerated in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Mark Christopher Bell, 24, of 30410, Route 6, Apartment 5, Wysox, has been charged with criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. Bell is accused of selling Vicodin tablets, a prescription drug, to a police informant in January in Wysox when he was not authorized to do so. Bell was incarcerated in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Melinda Louise Salsman, 26, last known address 130 Roslyn Court, Apt. 102, Sayre, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Salsman is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in November 2012 in Sayre. Salsman was ordered incarcerated in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Elsie B. Brotzman, 51, of 126 Orchard Terr. St., Laceyville, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; and criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit substance. Brotzman is accused of selling Percocet, a prescription drug, to a police informant in June 2012 in Wyalusing when she did not have the authorization to do so. Brotzman was arraigned and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Catherine Marie Lane, 31, of 126 Orchard Terr. St., Laceyville, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Lane is accused of selling Percocet, a prescription drug, to a police informant in June 2012 in Wyalusing when she did not have the authorization to do so. Brotzman was arraigned incarcerated in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Ronald J. Chesla Sr., 48, of Lot No. 9, Crimson Maple Dr., Hart's Trailer Court, Rome, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance. Chesla has been accused of selling oxycontin, a prescription drug, to a police informant in October 2012 in Rome when he was not authorized to do so. Chesla was incarcerated in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Brandon Scott Verstreate, 26, of 3 Bridge St., Apt. 1, Towanda, has been charged with conspiracy/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; manufacturing, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance. Verstreate has been accused of selling heroin to a police informant in December 2012 in Wysox. Verstreate was incarcerated in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Tamara Ann Benjamin, 20, of 30410 Route 6, Apartment 5, Wysox, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance or counterfeit substance; possession of a controlled substance; and criminal use of a communication facility. Benjamin is accused of selling the prescription drug Vicodin to a police informant in January in Wysox. Benjamin was incarcerated in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Summer Rae Allen, 21, of 148 Weasle Lane, Towanda, has been charged with criminal conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance; criminal solicitation to possess with the intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance; and recklessly endangering another person. Allen is accused of attempting to sell the prescription drug Perocet to a police informant in November 2012 in Wysox when she was not authorized to do so. In addition, a young male juvenile was in Allen's vehicle when the incident occurred, according to reports. Allen was arraigned and ordered released on $12,500 unsecured bail.

Jared Lee Brackbill, 29, of 4670 Bailey Corners, Troy. Brackbill has been charged with manufacture, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance. Brackbill is accused of selling bath salts to a police informant in November 2012 in North Towanda Township. Brackbill was ordered incarcerated in lieu of $85,000 bail.

In addition, Brackbill is charged with manufacturing, deliver, possess with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of communication facility; and criminal conspiracy/possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance for an incident Jan. 25 in West Burlington Township. Police said he used a cell phone to set up and complete a Suboxone stripes purchase with a state police informant. Suboxone stripes is a controlled substance.

Brackbill is also charged with manufacturing, deliver, possess with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of communication facility; and possession of a controlled substance for an incident Nov. 19 in West Burlington Township. Police said he used a cell phone in setting up and completing a bath salt purchase with a state police informant.

Elese D. Minier, 28, of 4670 Bailey Corners, Troy, has been charged with manufacturing, deliver, possess with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; endangering welfare of children; and criminal conspiracy/possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance for an incident Jan. 25 in West Burlington Township. Police said she conspired with Jared Brackbill in possessing Suboxone stripes, with the intent to deliver, at 4:18 p.m. on Jan. 25. In addition, police accuse her and Brackbill of selling controlled substances in the presence of their children. Suboxone stripes is a controlled substance. Her bail was set at $45,000, which wasn't posted. She was placed in Bradford County Correctional Facility.

Additional reports indicated that other people charged in Tuesday's drug sweep included a William Hicks, Randy Lafy, Robert Marker, Shelby Nonnemacher, Keighley Park, David Soprano, Michelle Coyne, Phil Wood, Timothy Farr, Heather Farr, Heather Dyne, and Nichole Decker.
