SOUTH WAVERLY - There is no one on the ballot today for a two-year council seat on the South Waverly Borough Council.

Susan DePumpo-Robinson was appointed to the seat in the spring after the resignation of Ryan Ressler. The position is usually a four-year term, according to Bradford County Director of Elections Marie Zbyszinski, and the two-year term will fill out the rest of Ressler's four-year term.

DePumpo-Robinson said she is running a write-in campaign for the position, and that she has enjoyed being on the council and would like to continue serving. She said she grew up in South Waverly and would like to continue serving the community, as well as seeing projects she has started working on come to fruition.
