Sayre offices to be closed for Veteran's Day

The Borough of Sayre's administrative office, department of public works and recycling center will all be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veteran's Day, according to a press release from Sayre Borough.

The release continues:

Trash collection in zone two scheduled for that day will be collected on Friday, Nov. 13. Residents are reminded to have their trash containers out by 7 a.m. on Friday for collection.

The borough's recycling center will be open from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9

and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14.

The Borough of Sayre appreciates the cooperation of its residents and thanks all veterans and their families for the sacrifices they have made to our country.
