The state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has confirmed that 4,000 gallons of residential sewage spilled from a septage pumping truck in a fatal motor vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Union Township, Tioga County, Pa. about six miles south of Canton. Canton Fire Chief J. Scott May said the driver of the truck was killed in the accident. The DEP responded to the scene. Look for more details in Wednesday's edition of the Daily Review.
