Two people injured in the two-vehicle accident that occurred at 4:55 p.m. Sunday on Route 414 in Monroe Township were in critical condition Monday evening while another was listed in serious condition.

According to state police, the drivers involved in the accident were Victoria M. Rosado, 23, of Blossburg, who was driving a Ford Escape, and Zane A. Renzo, 42, of Lock Haven, who was driving a Ford F-250.

Police said Rosado and a passenger in her vehicle, Casey C. Yaggie, 23, of Roaring Branch, had major injuries.

On Monday evening, Rosado was listed in critical condition at Lehigh Valley Medical Center while Yaggie was in critical condition at Robert Packer Hospital. They were flown by medical helicopter from the scene.

Police said Zane Renzo and a passenger in his vehicle, Krista L. Renzo, 40, of Lock Haven, had injuries of unknown severity. They were transported by ambulance to Robert Packer Hospital.

The hospital didn't have a record of Zane Renzo Monday evening, but Krista Renzo was listed in serious condition.

Police said Rosado was traveling west and Zane Renzo was traveling east on Route 414. According to police, the crash occurred on Route 414, 344 feet southwest of Main Street.

For an unknown reason, Rosado left the westbound lane and entered the eastbound lane, according to police.

Zane Renzo saw Rosado's vehicle in his lane, and in an attempt to avoid a crash, he entered the eastbound lane, police said.

Police said that Rosado then turned back into the west lane, and struck Zane Renzo's vehicle in the right passenger side front tire with the front right bumper area of her vehicle. The impact caused disabling damage to both vehicles, police said.
