The Waverly Police Department reported that it recently arrested four people in connection with illegal drug activity on April 25.

Police said that Chad Soper, 24, of Tioga Center, N.Y.; Chad Kurtis Grier, 23, of Waverly, N.Y.; Anthony James Lattimer, 23, of Sayre; and Nicole Lynn Dailey, 23, of Tioga Center, N.Y., have all been charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and were arrested on felony warrants.

The arrests came after a lengthy investigation into the alleged sale of narcotics in the Waverly, N.Y., area, police said, which was conducted in New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio, police said. The drugs sold were heroin and prescription pills, police said, and warrants were served in the Tioga County, N.Y., and Bradford County areas. The investigation netted numerous packages of heroin, pills and hypodermic needles, police said.

The investigation is still being conducted, and more arrests are pending in the investigation, police said.
